After 3 months on non-availability , You are allowed to use Fitness center only when staff is present. It use to be 24 hours facility with prior management. Their is also a group of people who do not like to pick up after their dog. Dont believe me, check out any of the grassy greens. Must say new management sucks big time !!! more

I've been here 4 years and the management has changed 3 times during that time and every time the rent goes up. During the summer of 2011, my place was broken in and even the police officer that came told me the area is bad. There is a very shady complex next to Cypress Lake and behind it also. There are always people walking on the streets in front of and behind the complex. During the more

I agree with the last post the lady in the office is extremely rude, never smiles or greets residents.Seems like she is always in a bad mood. The apartments are mold infested take a look around each window while walking the property and you will see black mold in 90% of the units. These apartments are overly priced and just not worth it.I am no longer a resident and I do not recommend these more

Woodtrail Apartment Homes

These apartments are horrible. The roaches have completely taken over the entire complex. Their so bad I see them crawling outside. Also management charge a separate utility bill for each person living in the apartment even a 3 year old. The walls are super thin. My son and I hate it here and I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. more

I lived in these apartments for two years in two different apartment buildings. The first apartment was infected with mice. At night we could hear them in the wall. They sent Terminix and their maintenance men put out traps. The first day three mice were caught. They transferred me to another apartment that they swore did not have any pest problems at all. On day I went to my pantry and there was more

I lived in this apartment complex for 13 months, but unfortunately moved due to job relocation. Before moving into this apartment complex, I visited over 20 apartment complexes around the area and this is by far the best around the area. It is the cheapest one per square feet. Walk in closet is like another room. Very spacious. All black kitchen appliances and brand new carpet. Office staff is more

Lofts at the Ballpark

610 St Emanuel St, Houston, TX 77003

11/17/14 by ebarsamian:
This is a great place to live if you work downtown. You really can't beat a short walking commute. On top of all of this, the Eado area is growing like crazy with a plethora of activities to enjoy. The best part about the Lofts was the friendly support staff, particularly Kat and Karmelia. They are wonderful friendly people who are professional 110% of the time. more
