The water is off weekly because people are remodeling their condos which is a good thing for the entire building. They are also replacing sections of pipes as owners remodel the building. The water is not being turned off because it doesn't work. The Central Bank building is finally being extensively remodeled which will help the area. Also, the land directly across the street from the more

Most expensive apartment I've ever lived in and the worst. The detriments outweigh the benefits. Benefits: Free boot camp and yoga, valet trash (which isn't even unique anymore), some events the management organizes including happy hours, tequila tastings, christmas parties, proximity to Galleria??... Detriments: The "luxurious" features are actually crap. I HATE HATE HATE more

Hello, I was looking to rent an apartment. I only visited the property once so far just to get prices. From what I've been reading the neighborhood is not the best, there has been robberies and car jacking, etc. But others that live there that I know have told me they like the property and haven't had any problems at all. I'm so confused! I know I will not be 100% satisfied at any more

You would be hard pressed to find an apartment complex run by more mean spirited and lazy individuals. They lure you in with a friendly face and a nice looking apartment. What follows is the realization that the apartment is patched up so poorly that it begins to tear apart at every corner weeks later. At that point you learn that no fire hazard, health hazard, or any issue is of importance. Most more

Great place to live in a great part of the city. Close to restaurants and shopping within walking distance, which I love--I don't even move the car on the weekend. The building and apartment amenities are great. The staff is nice and helpful and maintenance is quick when needed. I've lived here a year and a half and only needed maintenance one time, they took care of the issue within 24 more

The Retreat used to be a nice place to live. Management was professional, quick to resolve issues, and made an effort to retain their residents. This past spring, new management took over and everything changed. There are multiple empty units, since management no longer cares to meet the needs of their current residents. Office hours are limited if you work full time. So, if a package is more

We originally decided to rent here mainly because the rent is cheaper than the other complexes around but it was a big mistake, it's the worst we've seen so far, when we first moved in the apartment had so many issues, the cabinets looked like they're old, dirty, poorly covered storage cabinets that you wouldn't dare put food in.. the apartment had roaches since day one and more

I have no idea how my past review was deleted but it was, from im sure a staff member, don't move here unless you want constant dog barking, constant police officers towing your car, rapists, the mentally handicapped that walk or chair in the middle of the road when you're late for work, or just the comforting sounds of Bobcats and hammers at 530 am til 7pm, two years and it hasn't more

Oh how the mighty have fallen. Avoid This place used to be awesome, then Teresea took over and boy did things change. They nickle and dime you to death. The new paid parking as people are describing in other reviews is very annoying. Now you have to park about 100 yards from your apartment when there was never an issue before and go up and down 2-3 flights of stairs in the parking garage because more
