I wish Sarah could came back. The staffs are sucks. They are very rude and do not care about the apartment at all. They did not give any notification about my package and I have to call the post office several times since I thought my package were got lost. Recently, several apartments have been broken inï¼?but they did nothing for that. Sarah was really professional and warmhearted. So miss her. more

Crest Apartments

2300 Wilcrest Dr, Houston, TX 77042

Stay Away!!! I was a resident and only signed one new lease. Things were good at first but they change management too often. That's where the problems start. They left the entrance gates open for weeks at a time for "roof repair" and my car was broken into the same day I signed my new lease. Also, lately then have young thugs outside watching people in the parking lots. No more

2670 Marilee Lane, Houston, TX 77057

The new owner and management seem to be moving the apartment building in the right direction. I have been living here almost 1 1/2 years and things are getting better than when I first moved in here. The A/C, Swimming Pool area and the servicing of apartment units seem to be getting a lot better. Rent has gone up but that's life - hopefully it will stay close to the immediate area. more

I generally avoid the leasing office as management and the staffers have always been very rude. I am glad some guy who used to work at the front desk left, he would be rude and then tell you to have a nice day. WOW! This was during my lease renewal, they penalize you if you do not sign anything more than a year lease. If you want to sign a shorter lease, there is a premium added every month. My more

Lofts at the Ballpark

610 St Emanuel St, 610 Emanuel Street, Houston, TX 77003

This is a great place to live if you work downtown. You really can't beat a short walking commute. On top of all of this, the Eado area is growing like crazy with a plethora of activities to enjoy. The best part about the Lofts was the friendly support staff, particularly Kat and Karmelia. They are wonderful friendly people who are professional 110% of the time. more

Avenue R

5455 Richmond Avenue, Houston, TX 77056

02/11/15 by anonymous:
I have lived at Avenue R for just under two years. In my honest opinion, as there are pros and cons with every apartment, that applies to Avenue R as well. Here is what I think: PROS: * Cleanliness - grounds are cleaned daily - I see the guys sweeping the parking garage, taking out the trash dumpsters, power washing where it is needed, and doing lawn work weekly. I can't speak to the pet more

Portofino Landing (formerly One Cypress Landing)

910 Cypress Station Drive, Houston, TX 77090

03/06/15 by raschulo:
10 months in so far not bad, few roaches now and again but mostly due to nasty neighbors many of whom litter and over pack dumpsters...the area is not bad ,convenient close to most things this side...not a bad place considering I just moved to Tx. The one disappointment is that they did not have the fitness area they promised-it was converted to a coffee room. Staff is reasonable and attentive. more
