Takara So Apartments

1919 W Main St, Houston, TX 77098

02/10/14 by anonymous: This apartment complex is with City of Houston Blue Star program. Which makes it a Safer place to live in. I have been living at takaraso for 5 years. Very quiet and peaceful complex. Families are nice. The children are not mean and they sure dont get into rough playing or any fighting. The pool area is nice and always clean. Manager is on site and maintenance as well. Parking is awesome. Locked more

Westheimer Terrace

9407 Westheimer, Houston, TX 77063

10/10/14 by XOSUNKIST: WARNING! DO NOT! I REPEAT! DO NOT MOVE HERE! THE MANAGER BY THE NAME OF FRANCIS IS EVIL AND WILL TRY TO SCREW YOU AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE. DO NOT MOVE HERE unless you are willing to share your apartment with HUNDREDS of roaches! This was not a problem PEST CONTROL can fix (they came out once a month and I personally paid 50 dollars to get my apartment treated by an outside vendor). I even end I more

10800 Clay Road, Houston, TX 77041

08/21/14 by AmitAgal2: I have been living here since 4 years before it became century westway. This new management and there policies are horrible. this is my last lease here. Consider these before you take apartment here- 1. Too many robberies in last few months. one recently 2. No other cable or internet provide except AT&T. They are charging crazy rates 3. 90 days lease breakage 4. High Rents 5. Rude office people more

7105 Old Katy Road, Houston, TX 77024

10/10/14 by Daniel Barker: I have lived here 3 years, and unfortunately cannot recommend the Cheval anymore. First off, the positive: 1. Maintenance has always been very responsive; on the whole I am very impressed by them. 2. Sound: I've never had in issue with hearing neighbors, other than an grumpy gentleman who used to live below me and pounded on the ceiling with a broomstick constantly (I don't have a more

Houston House Apartments

1617 Fannin Street, Houston, TX 77002

10/09/14 by anonymous: So, i came to Houston for a job and wanted a close , nice, downtown apartment. only mistake was not looking at more than just this place. I have been here for a few years now and frankly, i am very displeased. Most of my complaints have been in the last six months such as the never ending broken elevators, boiler breaking down (no hot water for days at a time) the ac going out. (With walls more

Retreat at Steeplechase

11245 West Road, Houston, TX 77065

10/29/14 by alcard76: If you enjoy your sanity, please do not move here. You have to request maintenance to come about 8 times before the actual do, and then they do not actually fix anything just look at it. The management is beyond stupid and cannot add your bill correctly, you will be charged for several items after you have already paid your final bill. There are drug dealers in the main building and the sheriffs more

10/27/14 by Julian B: The Complex is now under new management for better as of September 2014. The name has changed to Fountains At The Bayou. Parawest Management is the breath of fresh air that this community has needed for a very long time. They "Walk the Talk" and are very professional and organized in managing the property. It is obvious that they care and I would encourage people to come by and look at more

The Morgan Apartment Homes (formerly Villages of Westridge)

2401 Westridge Street, Houston, TX 77054

10/29/14 by Verified Resident: So far my experience has been okay. The walls are very thin, the are floods and there isn't much security. The repairs have been taken care of in a timely manner. The staff members seem to be very nice ladies. The community does allow dogs and you do deal with feces and barking from time to time. more

Trails at Dominion Park

200 Dominion Park Drive, Houston, TX 77090

09/28/14 by anonymous: Please do not move in THE PARK.These apartments are terrible. Every day we call about something getting fix they never come! NEVER!!! I HAVE A ONE YEAR CHILD AND ITS MOLD EVERYWHERE HOW SAD IS THAT. The ladies in the office are rude and the maintenance man came into my apartment with his pants sagging and looking around that is uncomfortable and unprofessional. I would never recommend somewhere more
