I've been reading some reviews on this website and obviously the staff at Costa Ibiza apartments are writing the 5 star reviews. This place is absolutely disgusting. These apartments are very dirty, there's roaches and rat everywhere. The surrounding environment is very run down and ghetto. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all cost. It's like living in a 3rd world country more

After living here for a year or more I have realized that the roaches are taking over. No matter how many times they treated (for a fee) the roaches were all over the apartment. I am a fairly neat person and eat out most of the time so I know it isn't any food I left out. I would not recommend anyone getting an apartment here unless you are totally desperate. The managers are really nice more

I moved in with my girlfriend (now my wife) back in 2013. The location is good and the apartment has a lot of space. Love the staff and my neighbors are friendly. more

Milan Apartments have gone down hill. The management is horrible. I lived there for 3 years and during that time my air conditioner leaked three times causing my carpet to smellband have a ripple effect. Once I decided to move out early, I wanted to leave in good terms so I pages $1,500 plus two more months of rent. When they found out that I was leaving they started adding all these extra fees. more

I am so tired of taking cold showers. I understand that it's "winter time", but seriously come on. Every week the complex shuts off the water for 7 or 8 hours, but I am still confused on what gets accomplished...? Some days it's scolding hot, and then other days, the water is below 0 degrees. I wish I had more scolding hot water days. I think the Place at Greenway has the more

Honestly, out of the apartments out of all of the places in City Park, I liked this one the best when I shopped around. . I have a great view from my apartment, and I like the new dog park they installed. We're also not that far from the loop - and it only takes about 25 minutes to go to the galleria, and about 15 minutes to hang out on kirby. Love it. I, so far, haven't had a problem more

Please read this. The rent keeps going up every year while the only change in the apartments is them trying to make the lake look better. The ladys in the office are racist and will judge on peoples aparences. They havent done it to me but i have seen them make their little snarky coments. The lake is starting to turn into a swamp, it has no clarity. Sometimes when you are taking a shower the more

my dad has lived here for 5 years and will stay another year. he likes all his neighbors and everyone in the office knows his name and is friendly and helpful. we can't afford much higher in rent, but for the money, it is a good place to live and close to our home. more

I would recommend not living at 230 West Alabama. When I unlocked my apartment and turned on the lights for the first time while moving in, about 5 roaches scurried across the kitchen counter. It hasn't been any better since living here. The place is infested with bugs and roaches . . . really bad. They spray for bugs every three or four months but it is only effective for a week or so. I am leaving this place. I will risk an eviction because its not safe here. My truck was broken into and my daughter and I were followed all the way to our apartment. My neighbors truck was stolen and my neighbors home was robbed at gun point and then pistol whipped. I tried expressing my concern to the office and was told. There is nothing they can do because they just work here. There is no more
