I have been here over 5 years and the place is great. It is in an ideal location with plenty of amenities. The Office staff is very friendly and does a good job at answering any issue/concern you may have. The maintenance staff is the Best. The response time from them and the willingness to ensure your satisfaction is exceptional. The area is quiet and it has plenty of pools even though I do more

Oh my God. Where do I even start? First, DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! I lived those apartments for 2 years. My mom had been living there since 2011. We both just moved out and I am so beyond glad. First off, my mom was living in a one bedroom with a sun room. When I needed to move back in, we decided to get a two bedroom. The craziness ensued. I turned in my application nearly two weeks before the more

This is by far one of the worst places I have ever lived in. Maintenance was actually decent but the office management was terrible. Roaches roaches and more roaches. Definitely don't allow them to spray your apartment because that brings more. I lived here nine months and was released from my lease. Please don't be fooled by the pictures. Super thin walls!!! The law had to get more

I've been here for 4 months now and I've Had very few problems! A few roaches but once I bleached my counters and did a good cleaning I haven't seen any since! I was so worried about living on the first floor but my upstairs neighbors are quiet!! The only repairs I've needed is my stove burner went out and it was fixed within 48 hours. Maintenance guys are outside picking up more

The Riviera at Clear Lake (formerly Bay Place Apartments)

16457 El Camino Real, Houston, TX 77062

The place is under new management and the staff is rude. Although, if I had to deal with so many complaints I would probably be in a bad mood too. They implement new policies without informing everyone. Like the requirement of a parking sticker. I wasn't aware that I had to have one until they towed my car. They claimed that other tenants knew about it so I Should have known. This place more

If you're looking to stay here dont! Our complains go un heard of nobody ever comes to fix anything. I've lived here for a few years now, first year had a 2 bedroom apartment above the show room, at nigth we kept hearing loud noises but never thought anything of it, next day we find out they broke into it and it happened more than once that year. They have a field with picnic tables and more

Villas at Coronado

Unit: Pretty nice! I live in an updated 2B/2B. The only problem we've had was with the sink & it was easily fixed. The layout is set up with a master & another smaller bedroom, which is fine, but may be something to be aware of if you're rooming w/someone for school or something & you want equal room sizes. The main complaint about the unit is that it gets so HOT in the summer. Any more

If I had a choice, I would not live here. Here's what's bad. A homicide occurred here in this complex in apartment #822. A mother of a missing child was found dead in a refrigerator and murdered by her husband. Do not let the managers rent that apartment to you. It may now be haunted and I'm a big believer in that. That makes me question just how well they make an effort to check more
