The Reserve at City Center North

2401 Sam Houston Parkway North, Houston, TX 77043

03/14/15 by anonymous:
If you are looking for a place to home The Reserve @City Center is the place to live. I have lived here for a few years and the recent management company that took over are doing great, they have been doing lots of improvments to the property. Staff here really does care I had a service request that I needed to be done in my apartment a few hours that I called in the maintenance guy was here to more

Thorntree Apartments

13502 N Thorntree Dr, Houston, TX 77015

02/18/15 by anonymous:
This place is a joke. I will never live here again. Only renovations they made were a change in carpets. The roaches are terrible and when you ask them to put you on the pest control list even after several times, no one ever shows to spray your apartment. Maintenance don't really know how to fix problems, but do know how to break things. Several AC units blew up and after someone reported it more

The Terraces on Brompton is a great community, helpful staff and great maintenance. Definately a jewel within the loop, reasonable rent prices and the complex is offering wood floors and upgraded wooden window blinds. more

Bordeaux Apartments

5010 Woodway Dr, Houston, TX 77056

I have lived at the Bordeaux >2 years, first in a two bedroom with a roommate and now in a one bedroom. The leasing staff went above and beyond to make sure a one bedroom was available for me, and have always been willing to help with problems big and small. The floorplans are very good and make the most of the space. The units are well maintained and do not show their age. The age of the complex more

I've lived in two separate units in this complex and it's great if you love ants and toilets that don't flush! We've had ant infestation problems for over a year, and when i called to complain, Niki (the office manager) told me to "pour bleach down the drain." I don't pay over 1k a month to pour bleach down my drain! They force you to pay for pest control, but more

Camden Woodson Park (Formerly Verde Woodson Park)

My family recently moved into this complex in the summer (less than 3mos). The staff has been wonderful!! They assist us with all of our issues. They are courteous, always helpful and greets us with a smiling face!!! The complex is quiet, neighbors smile and speak but typically haven't meet anyone yet. Parking is very limited, especially at night (I work 2nd shift nursing) so I dislike having more

I have never lived in a quiet condition like this in the US and the enviroent is beautifull too I enjoy the out doors of the enviroent such as gym, pool, play and pedestriand walk including the pateol of the security around the enviroent which makes me feel save at all time. But as time goes on by, I will ne able to figure out some other aspect that has not come to my knowledge now. more

2727 Elmside Drive, Houston, TX 77042

First let me assure you that I am not an angry past resident who would resort to lying on this community. This community sucks!!! They have a serious roach problem, especially since they charge so much rent for two bedrooms. I originally stayed in one apartment and the roaches ran me out of that one. I then switched to another apartment and they were bad there as well. I used their pest control more
