I moved in about a year ago and love it here. There were a few issues at first, trash overflowing and gates not working but both since have been rectified, they recognize a problem or issue and address it quickly. The Staff is always friendly and personable, I've never walked into the office and had anyone be rude or cold to me. Any maintenance issue I've had has taken care of quickly more

I lived in Cityside Crossing from April to November 2014. Horrible experience. Bugs and mold. The front office barely answers their phone. The manager, Thelma, is a big liar. She will tell you she will call you back or that she is working on your issue. She is not. Maintenance sometimes takes a day. Some times it takes 2 months. The front gate is always broken so it's free for anyone to come more

I've been reading some reviews on this website and obviously the staff at Costa Ibiza apartments are writing the 5 star reviews. This place is absolutely disgusting. These apartments are very dirty, there's roaches and rat everywhere. The surrounding environment is very run down and ghetto. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all cost. It's like living in a 3rd world country more

After living here for a year or more I have realized that the roaches are taking over. No matter how many times they treated (for a fee) the roaches were all over the apartment. I am a fairly neat person and eat out most of the time so I know it isn't any food I left out. I would not recommend anyone getting an apartment here unless you are totally desperate. The managers are really nice more

I absolutely LOVE these apartments!!! I am very surprised by some of these reviews, From the moment we moved in we have had nothing but the best service from the staff. Any issues that may have occurred were quickly corrected by Beth. The apartments are always clean. There are times when you might find a piece of trash on the grounds but it's quickly cleaned up. At times the parking may more

I moved in with my girlfriend (now my wife) back in 2013. The location is good and the apartment has a lot of space. Love the staff and my neighbors are friendly. more

So this is my first apt. And I must say I really like them. I did have a few problems upon move in but they fixed every problems with in the next day. The foundation in the apt are off a little much. When you walk into the door it feels like your walking up a hill but I can deal with that. Like they say you get what you pay for; my air was not working when I moved in so that night I had to stay at more

I am so tired of taking cold showers. I understand that it's "winter time", but seriously come on. Every week the complex shuts off the water for 7 or 8 hours, but I am still confused on what gets accomplished...? Some days it's scolding hot, and then other days, the water is below 0 degrees. I wish I had more scolding hot water days. I think the Place at Greenway has the more

Honestly, out of the apartments out of all of the places in City Park, I liked this one the best when I shopped around. . I have a great view from my apartment, and I like the new dog park they installed. We're also not that far from the loop - and it only takes about 25 minutes to go to the galleria, and about 15 minutes to hang out on kirby. Love it. I, so far, haven't had a problem more

After reading some of the reviews, I was absolutely mortified to move into these apartments after we payed a deposit and doing some paper work. My boyfriend and our son, really needed to find a place of our own, and the prices for these apartments really fit our budget. On top of that, there's a lot of places to eat and shop around here so that was a bonus, so we moved in anyways. We've more
