The staff has a very ugly attitude along with being very unorganized and I promise I'm not being a drama queen. I want to move out of this place. They make up lies when it comes to pay for things. I heard they even owe some cable companies and etc.. Becareful about your bills, you might be paying who or what they owe as a company. The apt also has been threw three management within 2 months. more

First off, I had pretty awful upstairs neighbors and that's not the apartments fault but, I took me moving mountains for anything to be done about it. The walls/floors here are very poorly insulated you will hear a lot of noise from your neighbors. Also there's no tip toeing around it, the parking garage is a joke. Its like a criminal amusement park. In June 2015 there were 28, yes, more

Good location, this is the only advantage. Absolutely obsolete apartments full of roaches. Roaches are everywhere, be aware. The place is infested, pest control is not helpful. more

Initially when I became interested in the apartments. I was expecting a better quality. I was shown the model and understood that I would not be getting the upgraded unit which was fine. I didn't get a chance to see the apartment I would be living in until a few weeks before my move in date. When I did it was decent but I was disappointed because I could see that the counter tops in the more

I lived here for three years 2010 - 2013. Overall it was a great place to live, and my neighbors were nice. Eventually I decided I would save money long term buying a condo nearby, rather than dealing with increasing rents. Positives: (1) Maintenance was excellent, in every possible way. These folks will do anything from changing a lightbulb to fixing your sink, always within 24 hours, and more

Where do I even begin?! I've lived here for a year and a half now and this place is just plain awful. All of the bad reviews are very spot on and very TRUTHFUL (NOT WRITTEN BY OFFICE STAFF). The office staff is very rude and condescending. Especially the leasing agent, who has copped an attitude with me several times. If you don't like your job, find a new one! My car has been broken more

Willow Brook Crossing Apartments

I've lived here at Willowbrook crossing for little over a year. And yes i'm counting down the days until my lease is up. The women who work the office (i'm using the word women loosely when im describing) are the most rude and unprofessional people I have ever encountered in my life. The crime rate is getting out of control and the apartment is way over priced 800 dollars is what my more

I should have considered ALL reviews before I moved here. Let me start off by saying I moved in the apartments because of the school next door and the area. The community is awesome, if you have children its a good clean atmosphere for your children. There is no children hanging out after dark, loud music, or crazy neighbors. Nowwwwww lets get to the bad....maintenance is horrible along with more
