Kempwood Hollow Apartments

9999 Kempwood Drive, Houston, TX 77080

11/17/14 by Arasion:
The place is nice enough, but if you do decide you want to rent, DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT start your application process with Joanne. She made the entire process a horrible mess. She was nice enough at first, but once I turned in my money to have my application processed, she was RUDE and very UNPROFESSIONAL. I didn't hear anything for two weeks after turning in my application, so I called more

I am a current resident of Linda Vista and I cant wait to move out. The apartment is not what u see online the maintence sometimes it takes a month or so to fix something in ur unit and they dont exterminate ur unit when u ask them to.So u have to kill ur self with all the bug spray that u have to use do to kill all the roaches in ur unit before u move in and while ur living there. The parking is more

Wolf Creek

I've been a resident for three months now and I can tell you I made a huge mistake. The price for what you actually get is absolutely ridiculous. At first it seemed alright but after all the insects I've had to deal with I see why they gave me a move in special. The parking spaces are incredibly to small, if you've got a truck don't even think about it. Maintenance just plain more

Hammerly Oaks Apartments

8791 Hammerly Boulevard, Houston, TX 77080

I've lived there nearly a year, and it's been alright. I had a couple issues when I first moved in, but maintenance was very quick about addressing it. I've only seen a handful of bugs inside my apartment, and that's been when the weather was really awful and bugs typically look for a way inside anyway (and yes, I've seen them spray around the outside of the buildings more

Millennium Greenway

4100 Southwest Freeway, Houston, TX 77027

Positive experience for the most part. However, the elevator situation has become infuriating. The freight elevator is left on "moving mode" after the tenants have finished moving far too often leaving you with stairs when you get home from work. This means the elevator does not operate normally and stays on the same floor. That side of the building (Weslayan side) experiences many more

Pointe Plaza Apartments

2790 West T.C. Jester Boulevard, Houston, TX 77018

I have lived here for more than a year. Management is a joke, many residents including myself have complained about the drug dealers and prostitution on the property. Management turns a blind eye to the entire thing. If you're a current resident you can contact Dakota Enterprises Ltd: 713-622-0022 or the Police Department : 281-405-5300 to make a report and rid our community of these low more

Waverly Apartments

2301 Hayes Rd, Houston, TX 77077

02/22/15 by Elejia:
It was calm quiet and decent. Love the fireplace. The horrible things here is nothing was never being fixed. It's rat and roach infected and still hasn't gotten rid of the rats and mold, and no working heater. They enter your home without approval and the worst part is seeing Sondra going in and out of a women apartment and finding out Sondra is sleeping with a resident. This place is more

Cambridge Oaks Apartment

4444 Cullen Blvd, Houston, TX 77004

03/08/15 by arunopto:
Stay here ONLY if you are a student AND if you have TA/RA (or inheritance) as source of income. Overpriced for the space you get. The rates have been increasing steadily like 50$/year and is now close to 2000$ for a 2BR/2BA apartment that takes in max of 4 persons. NOT very secure even though it is right next to UH. Security patrolling does happen but that doesn't deter break-ins/mugging more
