First let me assure you that I am not an angry past resident who would resort to lying on this community. This community sucks!!! They have a serious roach problem, especially since they charge so much rent for two bedrooms. I originally stayed in one apartment and the roaches ran me out of that one. I then switched to another apartment and they were bad there as well. I used their pest control more

I've been living here for about a month and I must say that the move-in experience has been the smoothest that I've ever had in Houston. Kim and Delva are super sweet and professional. Whenever I'm in the leasing office I get the feeling of warmth and appreciation. The maintenance staff is suburb. Things are handled quickly and efficiently. All of the residents that I've more

I have lived at the Bordeaux >2 years, first in a two bedroom with a roommate and now in a one bedroom. The leasing staff went above and beyond to make sure a one bedroom was available for me, and have always been willing to help with problems big and small. The floorplans are very good and make the most of the space. The units are well maintained and do not show their age. The age of the complex more

The overall experience of living in the apartments are acceptable. The amount of rent doesn't equal to the property. It's actually overpriced. The restroom sink water smells like sewerage (this is every time I use the cold water). The tub water often comes out brown. Everything is outdated. I've recently called around to apartments in the area to compare prices and the average for a two more

This is not an anonymous former resident. I'm going to be but as of yet not by choice in all here, I have complained to the front office (useless) but I will be speaking tothe appropriate person over this horrible place. DO NOT COME HERE!! The peopleWho are saying this is a nice place are not telling the truth. I've lived here a year and have only liked the fact is close to my job, they more

I was generally happy with the apartment complex. I worked at the med center and the location was quite convenient. Management and maintenance did a good job. I think there were some security issues with car windows being broken. Nothing ever happened to me though. more

Two people that make this complex great Charles Bruce and his maintenance staff Jose. This is my second year living here, all issues are addressed and resolved usually the same day. Very friendly community, Charles is the best manager hands down that I have ever dealt with. The manager makes or breaks a apartment complex. Todd more

I recently moved into this complex, and it has been the smoothest move-in I've ever had. I wish there was a better plan for visitor parking, but I really have no complaints. I had two issues that needed to be fixed, and they were addressed perfect got that same day. more

I moved here from a truly inferior apartment complex, but I don't think my opinion is skewed too far in the affirmative. Exterior landscaping and maintenance are superior. The complex is well cared for, with responsive office and maintenance personnel. It is fairly quiet - and certainly quiet when it should be. Security Is excellent, requiring keys to enter the premises (both hard keys more

We just moved in last month! Heather and the entire staff have been so friendly and helpful with the move. This is my first experience at apartment living and so far it has been so much better than I was warned it would be. I love the location and the drive for my husband to his downtown office is great! The parking garage is a big plus! I see so many people parking on the street around the more
