The peopleWho are saying this is a nice place are not telling the truth. I've lived here a year and have only liked the fact is close to my job, they more

We've been living at Camden Whispering Oaks for almost 3 years. Service is great. If anything inside the apartment gets broken ( we had the kitchen sink gasket break), filter or light bulb changed, it gets fixed/changed same day or next. Everyone in the office is very helpful and nice. more

The Camden Yorktown units are well maintained, have an excellent and courteous staff, and a great location - close to Beltway 8, 290, Hwy 6 and I-10. It is a newer property, with well-designed floor plans and decent closets and storage. If you need more storage, there are storage rooms available in every building and additional garages. We have been living in a two bedroom unit, the Brittany, more

Post Oak Park Apartments

A great apartment complex run by even greater people. You will not find a better deal inside the loop, and Post Oak Park apartments is close to just about everything. All of our appliances were brand new (had to peal the stickers off of the displays) and they had recently refurbished the kitchen. An extremely spacious kitchen is the selling point to me, and it opens up nicely to the dining room and more

The staff (especially India) was very courteous while showing the apartment to me, even though I wasn?t able to see the unit I was moving in to, she was able to draw a picture for me. The entire move-in experience at the lease office was pleasant. I will have to wait to see if the maintenance crew can be as helpful as the people in the leasing office. more

Katie McGuff was our leasing agent. I was blown away by her professionalism and attentiveness to every one of my questions. The Grand on Memorial definitely has one of the best management teams i have come across in the area. It definitely made picking this complex a no brainier. more

We have lived in this complex for over 2 years. The front office is very helpful and even remembers our names, the maintenance man Luis is very sweet and works hard. Our air conditioning stopped working and he would try to fix it a few times and they replaced it right away once they knew it wasn't worth it. They keep up the lawn pretty well. We live in front of a grass-less area that the kids more

Camden Midtown

2303 Louisiana Street, Houston, TX 77006

This is my second-favorite apartment OF ALL TIME. My first-favorite no longer exists, so this *could* be the greatest apartment currently available anywhere, for all I know. The biggest plus is, of course, location. Downtown is about a 10-minute walk. The MetroRail is a block or two thataway. There's a Randalls grocery across the street, so I don't ever have to go shopping and stock up more

Camden Travis Street

Been a long time Camden resident and enjoy staying here. I like being in Midtown and all the convenience that comes along with it. It's next to the metro-rail, restaurants, entertainment spots and more. You're paying for the location and the management of the property, which has always been excellent. I personally know most of the staff and often use the clubroom for both Camden and more
