I've lived here for 6 months and have mixed feelings about it. The biggest issue I have is all the YOUNG people living here. This is supposed to be a 55 community. Every day there seems to be more young people and fewer 55 residents. There is one resident here who has SIX children in a 2-bedroom apartment. Many of the older residents have their grown grandchildren living with them too. The more

I live in a small apartment here and I have lived here for a year. Cons: I had roaches and ants, but that was taken care of after reporting to management. The apartments aren't in very good condition on the inside or outside. Apartments are old and run down. The parking lot along the street is cracked and in poor condition so I do not park in front of my apartment. The large parking more

Good place to live. The cabinets are way outdated but otherwise the place is fine have had a Saturday emergency repair situation and maintenance was there within 1 hour. New owner is hands on and it looks like she will keep the place in good condition. Place is full of friendly people and haven't had a bad neighbor yet. Dislikes - the pool is not open every weekend, old cabinets and more

This apt complex has so far been good me, only a few things I don't like.(besides the rent increases) The noisiness and the roach infestation is what really bothers me. Management has been largely occupied with the exterior of the apts a lot. Weekly mornings 8 am there are loud landscapers blowing and mowing. Well, some of us work at night, we need our sleep in the daytime, but more

I have recently visited this community and it is very quiet and the apartments are nice. I really like that this property has a pool, tennis court, and a play ground where I can take my children to play. more

I've been living here for almost 3 years now. The Apartments are very nice, the grounds are kept up well, and the neighborhood is quite. The main reason for my happiness at this complex is the staff Both Asst. Managers are very nice, and willing to assist you with anything needed. I frequently visit the office to handle different matters, based on Working from home and they are more

I moved to aspen part 12-23-10 and I love it. The maintenance is great and the managers are good too. I love the fact that they have cameras every where and when something needs to be fixed it is done! The only down fall is all these ghetto asz kids who talk and walk around here like they need a good asz whoopin. I ant imagin my kids acting the way they act. So therefore I keep my kids inside or more

We lived here for years and loved it. You can save money living here or if you are on a strict budget this is a great place for family. We were zoned to great schools, the rent was priced for what you get and the manager and maintenance do a good job. The location is fantastic. There is a roach problem so you have to be extra careful about leaving food out or put combat roach squares in more
