It seems like our hot water has been off more than it has been on the 4-5 days or so. Never know when it will be off. It has currently been off for over 24 hours without notice. However we have seen plumbers in the parking lot. This has happened SEVERAL times throughout the year living here, and have only received notices a minimal number of times. There have also been many burglaries in the more

I'm please to say that after we gotten a new cleaning Lady the place has been clean. The lease office staff has been very proactive with getting the word to the Pet owners about picking up behind pets. Even putting a letter to all Residents. It's a small community, I love the quietness I live on the 2nd floor and I don't Hear my neighbors at all. On maintance I wish we had more more

I was scheduled to move in on July 5, 2013. I received a phone call from from the apartment complex 2 days before the move in day, stating that apartment is "not ready" and "nothing can be done about this". They rescheduled the move in date to July 8, 2013. They did not even say they are sorry. When I complained to them - they said "you should be happy that we more

The office staff, unprofessional,I would not recommend anyone moving here no matter what specials their offering,They take their time fixing things you have to constanly keep calling to get things done, people outside your window talking loud while your trying to sleep,as well as loud music, smoking weed, whatever you can think of, right now in the process of moving more

My experience here overall has been fantastic. Staff is generally friendly and very helpful (with the exception of Adrian who is rude and unhelpful in addition to sending unnecessary emails to those of us who don't have packages waiting in office). My main complaint about living here is that there have been two burglaries in the past two weeks so it's becoming very unsafe to live here. more

They have tons of building violations, the stairs are crumbling , asbestos everywhere, moldy smelly walls. Seems like management is involved in some prostitution business. Management sux here.....extremely rude n more

Lived here about a year. Rent is cheap-ish for the area (theyve gone up a lot), and I've never had any noise complaints. Some of the neighbors are creepy. They've started enforcing stupid rules and back them up with a $50 fine. Oh and they require a $100,000 renters insurance policy now. No other complaints really though. more
