I moved to aspen part 12-23-10 and I love it. The maintenance is great and the managers are good too. I love the fact that they have cameras every where and when something needs to be fixed it is done! The only down fall is all these ghetto asz kids who talk and walk around here like they need a good asz whoopin. I ant imagin my kids acting the way they act. So therefore I keep my kids inside or more

I have lived here for almost a year. This apartment complex is like no other complexes that I have ever lived in. The management team is extremely responsive to any request or comment you may have, as well the location is fantastic. We love the walkways and trees nestled around the buildings. My 2yr old and I like to walk the grounds. It's been perfect for me and my family. more

Montage of Houston

5927 Almeda, Houston, TX 77004

I moved to Montage (Mosaic, whatever) just over a year ago. I got in on a good special because I know my unit now goes for much more than what I pay. The rent is on the high end of my budget but it's well worth it. The views are great, parking is never a problem (except for the idiots that tailgate you into the garage but that happens everywhere), management was very helpful more

Nubia Square Apartments

3711 Southmore, Houston, TX 77004

I'm not sure why people rate Nubia Square so poorly. I've been here for 8 months. It's a decent complex for low rent. There are plenty of parking spaces available. Sometimes I hear our neighbors or people outside, but everyone has been very friendly and the noise doesn't go on all night. In my experience, the complex is very safe. Our neighbors are often out sitting on more

I have lived here a little over a yr, I have never had any of the issues written in some of these reviews. I love my cozy little apt and the office staff seems to be nice. Although Dawn can come across as rude, I'm starting to believe that's just her personality. I've seen 1 roach since I've been here and that was when I first moved in...my biggest complaint is living on the more

MICE!!! And Horrible Maintenance!!!!! Stay Away. Its NOT worth your money. I thought that the bad reviews were because of bitter people. It's all TRUE! I've been here 6 months and since the day i moved in they still haven't fixed the things I listed in the walk threw! I have repetitively asked for Pest control & maintenance and NOTHING!! Ive have tried to fill the holes the mice more

The new management has transformed this place 100%. Everything was upgraded - new AC units, new roofs, new paint, new club house and lots more. New staff in the office is very nice and I like the way they show real care for me when I had a leak in the apartment. Good job!!!! more
