06/16/10 by hatelupeybarra: Some of these reviews are fake and lupe and cecilia should be hung for even trying to make this ghetto place look any better in words. My spouse and I lived here for a year and a half, when we moved in james and brandy were in charge. we loved them, they treated ALL tenants with respect and were courteous to EVERYONE. When we learned James was gone we were a little worried but hopeful that more

04/15/14 by anonymous: Well, lived there for a year and it's been great. I have not had any problems. As matter of fact lease is up and ready to renew again. Managment is great and any problems are taking care of early next day. As far as our neighbors, they are not loud at all. Guess it's good to know them, so when you are going to have company over, it doesn't bother them. Keep up good more

06/20/12 by anonymous: The apartments have went completely down. The toliets stop up after it rains. The parking lots floods to the point you have to park on the streets if you know that it is going to rain, to avoid your car getting flooded out. Hugh potholes, roaches are horrible, no matter if you are clean or not. There are several dope houses in the complex, you would think with all that more

01/06/14 by anonymous: These Apartments are the worst apartments I have ever lived in! The staff is RUDE! They Loose Your money! and on top of all that when they do loose your money they take it out of your next months rent so you are always behind! They don't send you a water or trash bill they just have it as a set fee of 56.00 a month that is 25.00 for trash and 26.00 for water and the water pressure is horrible more

01/31/14 by anonymous: I have lived in this apartment complex for quite a while. The place is located at a convenient place, but noisy because of the road (which is okay). They keep the place clean, but the apartments are not nice at all. 1. Everything is freaking old starting from refrigerator to the toilet paper holder. The stove is so old that the electrical wires are hanging out. 2. Roaches are a big big more

02/12/13 by browntamara24@yahoo.com: I MOVED HERE BECAUSE I NEEDED A SECOND CHANCE AFTER I RECEIVED A BROKEN LEASE IN 2010. WORST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE, SERIOUSLY! LIVING HERE HAS BEEN TORTURE SINCE DAY ONE. THE MANAGEMENT SUCKS, THE MAINTENANCE IS LESS THAN MEDIOCRE AND THE NOISE ISUNBEARABLE. I SWEAR I CAN'T WAIT TO GET OUT OF HERE. FOR DOUR MONTHS OFF AND ON I'VE HAD A LEAK FROM MY UPSTAIRS NEIGHBORS SHOWER, more

05/08/14 by anonymous: I've lived at four separate units in this apartment complex. In the fifteen years I've lived here I have never once been able to get help with any of my maintenance or security emergencies. My neighbor (who cannot walk under her own power) had not been heard from by any family or friends for a week. All of her neighbors along with her hysterical father couldn't get anyone to help us. more

10/24/13 by anonymous: This is the WORST place I have ever lived in!! The parking is ridiculous, the walls are paper thin and the quality of tje apartment is horrible. For the price that you pay you think you would be living somewhere nice but this place is trash! And the staff.. all they care is about getting their money. Nini, the property manager is a b****!! She does not care at all. She is in her office more

08/08/13 by nenrent99: I have lived at the Winrock for over a year now, and have found it a wonderful place to live. The rent is very reasonable for the area, and the apartment has met all my needs. Theresa the manager is always a pleasure, as is maintenance, who is very prompt. The pool and courtyards are clean and lovely, as are the neighbors I have come across. I wouldn't move unless more
