This complex has been torn down as of April, 2013 (I drive by there every day; it's a construction site for a big new luxury complex now) more

I never write reviews but I had to express how Champion Green Apartments is a awesome place to live. The neighbors are very friendly and quiet. When I look for apartments I have a couple of deal breakers. One I can not live with bugs or in a unsafe environment. I have only been living here for a couple of months and I have not seen any bugs or felt unsafe. I also love how diverse the apartment is more

This place has gone down, unfortunately. Used to be ok but has too many issues now. Stray cats roam the complex. Apparently some resident registered them, so can't get rid of them through animal control. They sleep under cars, sometimes found sitting on top of cars, inside patios, on roof, in swimming pool, etc. Spreading fleas inside homes - had to get the leasing more

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! I provided pictures as proof of unsafe water/health conditions at this complex. Sunblossom at Woodlake is the worst complex I've ever lived at. I moved into Sunblossom at Woodlake on Feb.19th 2014. Upon moving into the apartment from out of town I experienced a host of issues. I rented a 2 bedroom 2.5 bath for $980 which I felt was a great deal. The only problem was that I more

I would not recommended this property due to the pest issue me and my boyfriend dealed with for a whole year. We bombed our apartment 3times and it seems it has got worser!!! Also the management staff change so I'm not really sure how they fix thing in a timely manner. One other thing is there is no gate code for your guest to enter the apartments instead you have to wait until a resident more

This is the WORST place I have ever lived in!! The parking is ridiculous, the walls are paper thin and the quality of tje apartment is horrible. For the price that you pay you think you would be living somewhere nice but this place is trash! And the staff.. all they care is about getting their money. Nini, the property manager is a b****!! She does not care at all. She is in her office more

I've lived on the 10th floor, the 18th and 22nd floors! I've had corner units 2 out of 3 times. My recent unit on the 22nd floor had all new granite countertops with new cabinets in the kitchen and the bathroom with beautiful dark faux-wood plank tile. The two balconies faced downtown and Rice University/Med Center. I could look down to see the Miller Outdoor Theatre and on the 4th of more

Would not recommend anyone to move here unless you like people standing around your apt, you like to get robbed and if you like noise. Gates also never work and office kept harassing over rent that was already paid. If you HAVE to move here, make it your last resort more

DO NOT move here. The apartment staff has the WORST communication ever. They change your rent without even notifying you until it's late so they can charge you $110. If you call them about an issue it's always "Oh I'll get back to you today" and then you don't hear back from them unless you call back and constantly nag. When you walk into the front office to pick up a more

I've lived here over a year.. I haven't seen a roach yet.. lol Roaches are not managements problem they are the residents problem. If the resident is dirty and unclean then bugs are sure to follow. If you have a bug issue, you are more than welcome to have maintenance exterminate your apartment, but in reality residents have to do their part to keep bugs out. They have added visitor more
