Right now it is the worst apartments,no parking,no maintenance .... They give you one stickier for one bedroom ,two for two.....so if you get two cars husband and wife one of you will be with out stickier and if u park with out stickier your car will be towed you will pay 220 to get your car ,and those towing companies they know the system ,they came after midnight and looking cars with out more

The new management has transformed this place 100%. Everything was upgraded - new AC units, new roofs, new paint, new club house and lots more. New staff in the office is very nice and I like the way they show real care for me when I had a leak in the apartment. Good job!!!! more

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! I provided pictures as proof of unsafe water/health conditions at this complex. Sunblossom at Woodlake is the worst complex I've ever lived at. I moved into Sunblossom at Woodlake on Feb.19th 2014. Upon moving into the apartment from out of town I experienced a host of issues. I rented a 2 bedroom 2.5 bath for $980 which I felt was a great deal. The only problem was that I more

So far good, I am happy with the management change and the changes of the exterior. New staff is very helpful. Finally my request for repairs are being done correctly. Just hope to be able to pay my rent online again. But overall my stay at this apartment complex has been better than before. more

This complex has been torn down as of April, 2013 (I drive by there every day; it's a construction site for a big new luxury complex now) more

I have been living at Clear Lake Village for some time now. My roommate and I absolutely love it. The location is very central and you never have to go far. We had a couple of problems with our apartment at move-in, but maintenance was quick about getting here and fixed everything. I read some of the reviews before moving in and was extremely skeptical, but we have had zero issues this far. They more

I have lived at Meadows on Memorial for 4 years going on my 5th years, and I do not have any complaints at all. I love the trail and I love the people living next to me, the area, and just the surrounding beauty of the area. I agree that those condos are old and needed maintenance, I do not have problems getting people to come repair when I request for them. In fact, all the more

I have lived in this apartment complex for quite a while. The place is located at a convenient place, but noisy because of the road (which is okay). They keep the place clean, but the apartments are not nice at all. 1. Everything is freaking old starting from refrigerator to the toilet paper holder. The stove is so old that the electrical wires are hanging out. 2. Roaches are a big big more

When I first came to the property I was a little concerned of the look of it. Then the leasing agent explained that they just took over the property and it has been a slow progress in the making. They replaced the carpet and gave me new vinyl It truly made the apartment sooo pretty. My kids love our apartment and couldn't ask for more. My kids walk to school and home everyday which helps more

I am a current resident and my honest opinion about this place is that I dislike everything about this complex. This place was not what I expected. The apt is very small and not worth what they ask for in rent. The many issues I've had were the pest problems, racoons living in the ceiling, No Hot water which is a current issue. Also the tow company towing your car in the middle of the night more
