The staff are very supportive and nice! They always try to make the apt. & environment very comfortable and friendly to every resident! Also, the security system is very reliable, and they take care of any emergency situation 24/7. I just moved out because of my job, but I miss living in the apt! more

I would not recommended this property due to the pest issue me and my boyfriend dealed with for a whole year. We bombed our apartment 3times and it seems it has got worser!!! Also the management staff change so I'm not really sure how they fix thing in a timely manner. One other thing is there is no gate code for your guest to enter the apartments instead you have to wait until a resident more

I never write reviews but I had to express how Champion Green Apartments is a awesome place to live. The neighbors are very friendly and quiet. When I look for apartments I have a couple of deal breakers. One I can not live with bugs or in a unsafe environment. I have only been living here for a couple of months and I have not seen any bugs or felt unsafe. I also love how diverse the apartment is more

I have lived there for the last 6 months and enjoyed each day of my stay. My apartment was spacious and modern. I was very please to have a beautiful view in the inner yard, looking at the pool and the palm trees (!). I felt very safe. The place was clean, quiet, and well maintained. The management team was very professional, friendly, and helpful. more

Not too bad. But when my lease is up I'm out of here! No HOT water. It's turned off every other week. It gets LUKEWARM NOT HOT. HOW DO YOU TAKE COLD SHOWERS! It's all about who you know to get any type of assistance. Then when you call you get a fake name. The upkeep its horrible. They are trying to do the roof only to raise the rent. They need to be torn down and rebuilt. Then if more

This is the WORST place I have ever lived in!! The parking is ridiculous, the walls are paper thin and the quality of tje apartment is horrible. For the price that you pay you think you would be living somewhere nice but this place is trash! And the staff.. all they care is about getting their money. Nini, the property manager is a b****!! She does not care at all. She is in her office more

1701 Hermann Drive, Houston, TX 77004

I've lived on the 10th floor, the 18th and 22nd floors! I've had corner units 2 out of 3 times. My recent unit on the 22nd floor had all new granite countertops with new cabinets in the kitchen and the bathroom with beautiful dark faux-wood plank tile. The two balconies faced downtown and Rice University/Med Center. I could look down to see the Miller Outdoor Theatre and on the 4th of more

Would not recommend anyone to move here unless you like people standing around your apt, you like to get robbed and if you like noise. Gates also never work and office kept harassing over rent that was already paid. If you HAVE to move here, make it your last resort more

Towne Plaza Apartments

4655 Wild Indigo St, Houston, TX 77027

03/22/15 by nicoleluft:
My husband and I lived here for about 4 years. Towne Plaza had it's goods and bads. The area is great, we were about 5 miles from anything we needed. Kroger nearby, good restaurants, and it's pretty close to 59, so getting on the highway was pretty easy. We were students at UH, and the apt. are 8.5 miles away. 20 drive w/o traffic 40 min with. In regards to safety, the complex more
