So number one there is nothing luxurious about this complex so the description is misleading. I still enjoyed it for what it was though; that is until I renewed my lease only to discover they would be demolishing the complex and putting me out on the street. The worst part about it is I cannot get any information on when this will take place or when they want residents to move. I understand why more

Do not make a huge mistake by signing a lease. The appliances are old. Windows are so thin and let so much heat out which made my electric bill really high. I was 1 cent short on rent due to a mistake while making a money order and THEY LOCKED ME OUT MY OWN APT until I made a money order for 1 penny. The Roaches were so bad that I stopped cooking or storing food there for the last 3 months of my more

GET OUT! Remember that movie saying? Well I didn't listen, and boy have I been paying for it. If you search by the address you'll find enough reviews to know this isn't as advertised. I pay $1515 a month to listen to every step the people above me take. My complaints are just added to piles already received. If you don't have a garage and CHL, you should be worried living more

This place is awful. I've been living here because my mom insist on staying here but I don't understand why. Sure there is an elementary school and middle school down the road and bus routes to high schools, Walmart and HEB nearby, however it's not worth it. Let's start with the roads, potholes everywhere, trash spewing out of the dumpsters onto the road every day, kids running more

I love this apartment complex. When looking into moving in last year, reading these reviews was terrifying. However, now that we've lived here for almost a year, I am ready to say that this is one of the best complexes I've lived in. I love the small town feel. All the neighbors know one another, and everyone is very friendly! Also, the rent does not raise with more

Beware the lease addendums. As written, they can an unspecified amount for trash pickup, presently just $5 per month, but it may rise. Also, each resident pays a fixed percentage of the total water and gas usage for their part of the complex. So, you can't control your water or gas bill. If others use a lot, you pay for it. It is $60 to 100 per month in the summer, and more in the winter more

If you have children this isn't the place for you. There are no play grounds or a community center for your children to be children. There is a pool but it's often locked. There is a gym but it's only opened during business hours,so it's usually empty because people are usually at work during those business ours. Mr. Bert is very nice and they are very understanding if your pay more

My father has practically lived here all his life. Until recently with new management, I suppose, and help in this apartment complex office everything has gone down hill. I've called for my father numerous times to fix the AC system in his apartment. No response, and no a/c fixed! This was a month ago! I live in the same apartment complex and same issue!!! The place is also infested with more
