When you have a two inch thick folder full of maintenance issues collected over the course of less than two years, when your two outside facing walls were literally torn out and rebuilt WHILE YOU WERE STILL LIVING IN THE APARTMENT, when the walls leak in the smallest rainstorm both before AND after the rebuild, and when management is unable to keep the same staff in the front office for more than six weeks at a time, you KNOW it´s time to move. And I did. The best thing management at Bayou Park did for me? Let me break my lease with no penalties (it was the crumbling ceiling that did it, I think...).
