For me, quality of the apartment is as important as the service the staff provides. I visited the property this weekend because I am apartment hunting. The property is decent not the outside, but it's obviously an older property. I viewed a model apartment which is one of the renovated units and it's so nice and cute! I was convinced that this was the place for me. However, I did not like the way I was "helped". The leasing consultant asked for a price limit, I told her I did not have one. Maybe I looked poor to her, because she then sarcastically asked "Oh so $1000 is fine?" Yes that was fine, I can afford that and I even pay more than that currently. AND the apartments aren't even $1000, so what was the purpose of asking that? There were other people there and she acknowledged and assisted them more than she did me. Not sure why. Maybe it's because I was different from the others there. She didn't really give a tour she just let us walk through the apartment and asked if we had questions. Anything she had to say, she directed towards the other people there. She didn't address me at all or didn't even make much eye contact. If this is a glimpse of the service they offer I don't want to imagine what it'd be like if I moved there. It's sad because I REALLY like the apartment itself. But after my experience and reading actual residents' reviews, I will have to look elsewhere.
