I've lived here for the past year. This is the first place I've lived in on my own and I'm glad that foxboro was my choice.
The appliances in my unit were old, but everything worked and I've had no problems. Everything was freshly painted and newly carpeted. There were some stains in the drawers and in the tub from the previous tenant, but nothing too bad.
The pool is wonderful! Always clean and so beautiful looking!
Management is very helpful, kind, and efficient. Maintenence gets things done in a timely manner.
I haven't had many problems with a noisy environment. Sometimes on the weekends it gets a little noisy, but that's expected anywhere.
There are stray cats in the area that look sickly sometimes, so if you have pets make sure they're vaccinated and on preventitives.
Everyone I've met here has been very nice, welcoming, and respectful. I have had no issues with neighbors or anything like that.
Parking can be difficult. If you have a guest on a weekend, they will most likely have to park on the street (which is sketchy - a lot of cars get broken into) because other residents take all of the guest spots. If I could suggest one thing it would be to expand on parking or put security cameras on the streets where people are sometimes forced to park.
Overall, a good place to live. The friendly and helpful management makes up for any "flaws" you might find.
