Do NOT be fooled by the price of this place. They will tell you it's the "best value" for the area, but do NOT get tricked!!!
1) This place smells TERRIBLE. No matter how much air freshner, candles, reed sticks, carpet powder you use, it still smells like mold/cigarettes/and stale air. It is SO embarrassing to constantly smell like you came from a moldy house.
2) The apartment manager (We***) is the biggest and worst female dog you were ever meet. She is rude, condescending, and demeaning. It is NOT worth it to live somewhere where you have to be stressed dealing with such a pathetic lonely person. I would gladly pay $100 extra a mo. to not have to ever meet such a person.
3) If you want to shower it what is like a small stream of water being poured from a coffee mug, be my guest. Be prepared to take 40 minute showers bc the water pressure is THAT low.
4) The carpet is DISGUSTING. I had a friend help me move in, that INSISTED he could see dust kick up and smell cat urine every time anything brushed up on the carpet. The first time I moved in and sat down on them, my fingers got a weird feeling/smelling grime on them. It is appalling.
This is only a fraction of the problems here. I've seen people tape their vents here to keep the roaches from traveling from apt to apt. Throughout my time I lived here, I never let ANYBODY come over. Friends who came would be shocked on how old, dingy, and stinky it was. Take my word for it people: IT ISN'T WORTH IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
