When I first moved here, I absolutely loved my apartments! The quiet environment, friendliness of the neighbors and of course the apartment layout. But over time, it's just gone down hill. There is definitely a lack of professionalism with the management team. I have literally witnessed the ladies sit outside the office in a golf cart chatting away with an office full of residents and a UPS truck driver, simply trying to drop off a package. Speaking of packages, the old manager used to send out pleasant emails notifying you when you have a package in office, now, it's a guessing game! Even if you call and ask if you have a package, they'll give you some spill about how they can't tell you over the phone...Okay. There is a huge safety issue as the gate is always broken. There are letters sent out about car break ins (which you would think would encourage the complex to keep the gates fixed...but no). The complex recently sent out an email stating that they were taking away the water to the auto detail center, which is an amenity that helped sway me into leasing here in the first place. It's just annoying, but don't get me wrong, the overall experience here is decent since the location is superb. If you do move here, just make sure you own a pair of rain boots, because two drops of rain makes for disgusting puddles, I guess it's the drainage system, but it's always flooded here.

    Thank you so much for your response. We love hearing from our residents how we can improve your living experience. I am glad that you are happy with your apartment and neighbors. I would like to address some of your concerns in your review. 1. If you have witnessed people talking outside on the golf cart, I am sure it is because they "drove" the community to make sure all is well. The "discussion" outside was probably one concerning resident activity or property cleanliness. We would never intentionally leave people to wait, but sometimes there are not enough hours in the day to complete all our tasks. It is easier to "drive" property with 2 people so that one can drive and one can record activity that needs to be corrected. 2. We still try to send out package texts or emails. Keep in mind that if you have a package it is the responsibility of the delivering agency to notify you. We changed our policy because we get over 100 calls daily to "check" for packages. You are more than welcome to come to the office and check the log to see if one was signed in for you. 3. We always repair our gate in a timely manner. The gate is a mechanical instrument, therefore it is only as effective as how the residents use/misuse it. Recently we have ordered 3 new parts to replace and are at the mercy of the vendor to install them. 4. The detail center is temporarily removed because the City has decided we need specially permitted drains in order to keep it. We are keeping track of all "complaints" so we can address this with them and our owner. 5. Our community has actually never flooded. We recently repaired some low areas in the parking that held more water than others, since then I have not seen standing water. Thanks again for your review. I hope you recognize that we do everything we can to make sure our residents enjoy calling Landmark their home.
