I have been living here for quite some time and I haven't noticed quite as many issue as the other reviewers. However, I will list out the issues that I have noticed: 1) Parking is terrible. If you make it home after dark, then you have a snowball's chance in hell of parking anywhere near your own building. 2) Garbage is constantly flowing out onto the ground from the dumpster, though I place the blame 50/50 with tenants and landlords. I've witnessed many a tenant leaving their garbage in front of the dumpster rather than exert the effort to open the dumpster after it was emptied. 3) Everything is nice until you get a closer look and you start to notice all the little cracks and blemishes, not the biggest deal but it is definitely a thing. 4) The maintenance crew is pretty meh, sometimes they do their job efficiently and other times you will be sorely disappointed with their work. 5) They've made some policy changes in the past and the first I learned of it was when it became a problem and they had to tell me after the fact, not cool. 6) They do not allow you to pick up your packages unless you have the slip from your mailbox/door or a printout of the tracking information, which is a nuisance. 7) The gates are frequently broken, which doesn't bother me much but it still is a thing to be wary of. 8) People really seem to enjoy hitting the fences and knocking them down, no idea what that is all about.

    Thanks so much for your review. I would like to address the items you have detailed in your review. 1. I understand parking is an issue for you. We have offered to do reserved parking for residents that were willing to pay a fee but this idea was not popular. We don't have any areas to add parking so that isn't an option. We have asked many times that residents have guests park in areas "not in front of buildings" so that rent paying residents can have preferred parking. Unfortunately, there isn't much else we can suggest to alleviate this issue. If the drive is wide enough we can add parallel spaces, but I am not sure if that is by your building or not. 2. We have increased and changed our pick up days in hopes that this will alleviate the trash issue you speak of. 3. I am not sure what "cracks and blemishes" are present in your home. We would be more than happy to have someone address those on an individual basis. 4. We went through some maintenance turnover and are now getting a permanent staff in place. I hope you are starting to see some changes here. 5. When we change policies we try to be diligent in sending out many notifications via text, email and letter before they take effect. 6. The package policy had to change due to the volume of packages we receive daily. We were receiving over 100 calls to "check" for packages that were not delivered yet. In an office of only 3, that left little time to do other things for our residents that would take precedence. 7 & 8. Unfortunately we can not stop people from hitting our gates or fences. Our best solution to this is to get license information from witnesses to make people responsible for the damage. Other than that, all we can do is quickly make the repairs to minimize your inconvenience. Again, thanks for your review. We always appreciate hearing how we can improve your home.
