Very expensive area, but not fancy apartments. You are just paying for location. Staff not very helpful, very young and unware of what is going on. Other residents do not seem friendly, no one has spoken to me in a week. Car also towed first week, so warning or anything.

Metro Midtown
Thank you for your review of Metro Midtown! Our location is absolutely the best in Midtown and is a huge factor when moving! Although our staff is energetic, we also strive to be the most comprehensive, knowledgeable, and helpful team in the business.
At the community, we have weekly & monthly resident events where we encourage our neighbors to come and mingle! I'm sorry to hear about your vehicle - Resident parking is based on a hang-tag system, so if the tag was not displayed it's hard for the tow team to determine if the vehicles belongs to a resident or not. However, I would be glad to help resolve this issue for you if a re-imbursement is necessary! We document all vehicles towed, so we can absolutely assist!
