The management, had maintenance personnel that had no idea how to maintain or fix problems that arise and when these maintenance men came into my apartment to fix a leak, it took Ricardo 4 months and me telling the property director that after 4 months of trying to get 1 leak in the bathroom fixed I wad going to call a plumber to fix the leak. She instead called a plumber that day and had them Come out and fix it. It took 4 months, and having carpet padding replaced twice and still having a leak and me arguing with Ricardo and trekking him to do his job and fix it or I was calling my own plumber that day.
