Sendera has instituted a new parking policy that provides only one assigned parking spot per apartment regardless whether it's a 1, 2 or 3 bedroom unit. The rollout of the new policy has been handled so poorly. Multiple phone messages have gone unanswered. I went to the leasing office to speak to somebody and Natalie told me that I could rent an additional space for $10 a month. I told her I wanted to rent a space. She told me that I would receive an email today with my additional parking spot number. It's near the end of the day and surprise, surprise, I have not received an email. I called and spoke to Lisa and was told that all she can do is take a message and somebody would call me tomorrow. Mind you that towing is already being enforced. So Natalie either lied to me or is incompetent. Either way I'm so frustrated that I cannot wait for my lease to end so I can move. Aside from the location there is nothing special about this property. Pipes are old and leak a lot. Appliances are old and do not work well. Several calls have been made about a water leak coming from the a/c vent in the hallway and repairs have not been made. I would not recommend anybody move into this property.
