I lived here for about 3 years back in the early 80s just out of college. It was called the Newport then. Lots of single young professionals and great weekend times around the pools. Good quality home and very responsive management. At that time, each unit had its own programmable alarm system. There was no need for security on site and we always felt safe. A bit of a shame to read some of the more recent posts on here as it sounds like things have really deteriorated. I guess I'll never understand what it is about a low income clientele and all the problems that just seem to follow them around wherever they go. Sounds like the property management and maintenance staff don't respect them much either. Sad to see such a beautiful property decline like that.
