I've expressed my concerns with these apartments before. The property manager did help me with the many issues I had since moving in June 2014. However that didn't make living there any easier. The roaches are unbelievable. I am not a dirty person so I really can not understand how I've had roaches for an entire year. I have to throw away all of my furniture because there has been roaches in my bed, couches, floors, ceilings, clothes, closet, carpet. Literally they are everywhere! There was one stuck in my Tupperware bowl under my cabinet and I made sure to give it as a gift to the office staff. I pay $625 for a 476 sq. ft. apartment. My apartment is worth about $500 ONLY because they replaced my refrigerator. My stove is old and rusty. It's been replaced with an even more old and rusty oven. The front staff is HORRIBLE!!!! They got rid of the only two people there that were nice and caring. Edward is ok, he's the only person I'll talk to. The property manager is helpful as well but that doesn't take away from the fact that the apartments are horrible. I have been frustrated for a year living here. First it was roaches, then it was fleas, then it was a pipe burst, then it was mold, then it was my oven, then it was my refrigerator leaking, then my carpet was torn, and between all that there was roach infestation. They use Pioneer as there exterminating company and they are also full of crap! They must be spraying juice because whatever it is they are using isn't working. The actisol treatments don't work either. I have one more month to get out of these apartments and never turn back. I plan on posting a review on every website I can find about how NOT to live here. I've already told everyone I know and caught two people standing outside the office because they were "closed early for training" and I told them to run far away from this place. The area in general is bad and dangerous. I am moving into a 740 sq. ft. apartment for $690. The apartments look better inside and out. The staff is nicer and the prices are actually reasonable. Even if they weren't anything is better than The Hudson at Westchase.
