I have enjoyed living at The Westheimer and plan to renew my lease. The building security and maintenance are outstanding! For the location, size of the apartment, and well-maintained premises, it is a good value.

We have loved living at the Westheimer for more than 9 years. Our apartment is quiet, and it has everything we need. The staff is friendly and efficient, the maintenance team is outstanding, and the location is perfect.

Overall, the Westheimer is a great place to live. I enjoy the quietness and community events. Living here has made my life much simpler. I feel safe and appreciate the efforts of the staff. Everybody is always professionally courteous. 4.5 out of 5 ?.

See the rest of the survey. Common areas and main office building need after hours access. Doorway entry should be accessible to tenets who have a key fob. This does not exist during office after hours.

Good overall. Truck stolen from garage and multiple windows busted short after moving in. Game room could use a couple more gaming tables besides pool. Pools are too small to actually enjoy. Living experience has been great.

Great management and location! Neighbors are very quiet and the complex is kept in great condition. I plan on renewing my lease because I love the apartment layout and neighborhood. The office staff is always available and super helpful with anything we need.

The maintenance guys are outstanding. There is a lot of staff turnover here but they remain consistent. The garage area by the elevators could be cleaner...it's trashed every weekend and by Monday morning is always very dirty.

Also if there is any maintenance activity it is done safely and before and after complrtion everyone is informed via email. Previous Management needed a lot of customer relation training. Every time when having an issue Property manager cannot help but I would say new Assistant Manager so far is the best!!!! Hope she will stay for a long time.

The application process was an absolute cluster! I signed a lease for one rate and got charged a completely different rate. Then I had to sign a different lease and pay the coast for managements mistake. Bait and switch!
