RREAF not good. Property is not maintained, the complex has had a severe trash collection/sanitation issue, automatic gates are left open (is not a secured gated community); office staff is ineffective and not knowledgeable regarding problems on the property and in the common areas

In the past year the hallways are increasingly dirty with cigarette butts, animal urine and spilled liquids (appears to be cooking oil). In addition residents are speeding in the parking garage and do not seem to realize it is a two way driving area

Security could be better (as is safety features. ex: security gate in front is always broken, etc.) But aside that community is great. Love that they host events to bring us together as well. Would recommend to others

I was afraid this was going to be a terrible decision after how my initial interactions with the office. I was moved to another apartment without prior notice but as soon as I moved in, everything has been great! Justin is an angel!!!

Disappointing

The apartment is good but over priced. Poor cleaning and management. Garbage collection was bad and now it is getting worse, aminities have limited access(club house) and poor quality (sauna bath) but still I don't regret my decision moving in.

I Love this property. Staff and maintenance crew are nice, polite and know me by name. Quiet and peaceful. Neighbors are friendly and respectful. I think I'll be here for a while.. It feels like home.

Overall it is a great apartment an community. We love staying here. Access to the garage works perfectly. Mailbox and currier center works perfectly.Receptionist is friendly. The only issue is with the dirty corridors, a good pressure wash and weekly mopping would help lot.

This place is just getting better and better due to management that cares! Many areas have been improved recently,and many are in the queue. The halls need to be washed and painted, but we are assured that this is in the upcoming plans!
