The office staff are the worst, collectively. They are nice enough in the office until you ask for something that requires more effort than getting a package but I wasn't able to leave less than a star. Do not even bother to ask for a manager because they are either never there or will refuse to come out or call you back. The only reason I haven't moved is because of the proximity to family but it's not even worth it. Maintenance requests take an average of three months and three telephone calls for sub-par work, even things that are considered an emergency per the TAA lease agreement. Cars are constantly getting broken into, gunshots in the middle of the night and people openly smoking weed/other things while little kids run around screaming everywhere. There is no follow through with pet owners so there is always feces on the ground. I wouldn't recommend it based solely off of the disregard from the leasing office, while the staff changes constantly the general disregard for residents seems like a job description.
