1st the good. Small, mostly quiet complex without any safety or crime issues that I have encountered. Office manager jeanette has been good the few times i've spoken with her. Unfortunately the office is only open 3 days a week on monday, wednesday and friday. Now the bad...most of the 3 days that the office is open only the "maintenance" man is in the office and he isnt a help at all. All he cares about is collecting rent and makes unfunny comments that arent welcome regarding your rent payment and the tenents waiting to have your apartment. maintenance is non existent. "Fred" the Maintenance man doesn't fix anything. I mean anything. I don't know what he does all day because I have a list of issues needed for repair and have yet to have even 1 item repaired. He does come into your apartment for unknown reasons though. I know because I have setup some undercover cameras in my apartment that even he is unaware of. I know because I have him on camera inside my apartment just snooping around. I haven't mentioned it because I am building up good evidence to present in a lawsuit. The complex is full of stray cats that the "maintenance" man feeds so of course the stray cats hang around. I find that very inconsiderate considering I hate cats. If I wanted pets I would own one. I don't appreciate the cats sitting on my porch and balcony whenever I come outside. They are always on or under my vehicle as well. Stop feeding the f%^* ing cats!!!! I didn't sign a lease asking for cats to be all over my possessions!!!
