Overall Foxborough Aparment Homes is a pleasent quiet community to live in. Any community that wants there occupants to be comfortable will always have room for improvement, but nevertheless a good environment, a good place, and space to settle between transition to home ownership. After living in a complex such as Foxborough your next step will be ownership. more

I'm 23, this is my first apartment experience. I used to live with my roommates while attending college out of state. I thoroughly checked the reviews for every complex nearby, pricing, what it comes with for the price, and found Valley Park to have the best overall deal. It's within 5 miles of where I work, comes with a washer and dryer in the unit for $779, another $45 for the more

A word of caution to families interested in living here - This was a quiet, safe complex, typical of Valley Ranch when I first moved in. Lately however, an unfortunate change has come about in this complex. A couple of weeks ago, I was awoken by several young guys running around screaming outside, as if drunk or high. Some of the previously clean walkways are scattered with cigarettes. And the more

I recently moved to the Lexington at Valley Ranch after a horrible experience at another apartment community. The staff was extremely polite and helpful and has responded very quickly to any questions. The grounds are clean and very well kept which is one of my top five requirements when it comes to apartment living. They give you a move-in checklist and I could not find one thing wrong with more

My husband and I have lived here for almost a year and are really happy with the community. It's definitely not the nicest place to live in Irving but it's far from the worst. There was one or two incidents of car break-ins while we have been here. My car was broken into once (I accidentally left the car unlocked so it was my fault) and nothing of great value was taken. No damage to the more

We have lived at the Vistas for almost 4 years now and feel at home. Things have definitely improved since Essien Christopher and her team took over! Maintenance orders are handled quickly and effectively and the office staff is always friendly and willing to help. We would recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice, quiet complex. more

Good facilities and services for the price. Service is timely and helpful. The walls are very thin, though and the noise can get crazy in the apartment complex on the weekends. more

I've been here for 4 years and I'm so ready to find a house so I can move when my lease is up. We've had problems with the kitchen floor for a year and a half. The old management wouldn't do anything about it and neither is the new management. They want to patch the problem rather than fix it. I have water under my kitchen floor and in my walls. I have mold growing in different more
