I have been living at Foxborough apartments at 1400 Esters Rd. for 4 years now. The original management company was bad and was replaced by Venterra a few years ago and when they started out, they were great. I always paid my rent on time and maintenance items were completed promptly. This, however, did not last long. The maintenance department speaks very very little Engligh, yet are fluent in Spanish. Unfortunately I do not speak Spanish. The work is never done on time and they have left 2 huge gaping holes in my unit, one in the ceiling in the kitchen and one in the bathroom which they will not repair. The holes were made while attempting to fix something as simple as my kitchen light, and a bad leak in the bathroom. They just told me I would'nt have to worry about it when I leave. Yet, leagally, they have the move in inspection, and could easily charge me for the holes. If this were not enough, recently they towed my car from the spot I have been legally parking in for 4 years! They are short on cash and decided to change the color of your parking sticker, which was previously free by the way. They did send out a notice, which was taped to my door, however, since I was out of town, I did not see it. It cost me over $250.00 to get my car back, and now I no longer have the parking spot. Please Please PLEASE do your self a favor and DO NOT RENT HERE.

Foxborough Apartments
Dear Resident, First of all let me thank you for your length of residency at Foxbrough Apts. Venterra did take over Foxborough on April 12, 2006, and we made lots of good changes to the property.I have actually been with Venterra since 2005, and at Foxborough since the takeover. Regarding our maintenance staff, the language spoken should not be a problem as long as the work gets done correctly. If you have some incomplete work, you have to call the office and report it directly to us and not maintenance. If you have questions to ask maintenance and need help in translating we have 4 bilingual people in the office and will be glad to assist in anyway. We would not charge you for any holes in the ceiling upon move-out if its evident that their was a leak. We would love to come in and fix these incomplete repairs, so please call the office at 972-399-0315, and we will put in a work order for you. Regarding the covered parking, it has never been free. Some residents were just lucky and were not being billed for it, and also the parking was not being fully enforced. I follow the community policies, there-fore we are enforcing the towing and we have new Parking stickers that are provided to us by Venterra Realty. We do not benefit in anyway by towing your vehicle, but hope that all the residents comply with the rules. Multiple notices have been sent out regarding the covered parking spaces. We started sending them first week of May. The covered parking spot is still available to you if you sign the covered parking addendum, pickup the new sticker and begin paying the $15 monthly fee. I am sorry your vehicle was towed, if you don't wish to pay the required fee, you would need to park in an open space. Thank you for your feedback.
