If you sign a lease here, you will be stuck. They have a TAA lease that holds you to a 60 day notice, and then no matter the circumstance, illness, death, job relocation, etc, you have to finish out your contract. The only way out is for a Military Deployment. If you have to leave before you lease is up, even with a 60 day notice, you have to pay to the end of lease otherwise you're paying a reletting fee at the highest monthly amount.

<br>What a rip. So not matter what your unfortunate circumstance, you are obliged to pay it all out in full. They'll give you a payment plan though. Oh how nice. What good is that if you don't have a job? I can't believe that anyone would treat good tenants like this. I've never heard of such a practice. I called the Tenants Rights Assn, and found out, tenants have no rights in TX. Write your congressman on that one. But even with a TAA lease, they can strike out and write in "anything" they want. But they don't. I will finish out my lease and then leave as soon as I can. And I can't get parking unless I'm back in the lot before 8PM. Temporarily parked n a handicap spot at 2AM while I was waiting for someone who was visiting to leave and got a ticket which is going to cost me $300. They advertise covered parking. There is "NO" parking! Everyone should have atleast one dedicated space for them. But no, nothing after 8PM. I have to park soooo far away from my building at night, that I fear for my safety. For what I pay in rent, that is a crime!
