I was actually on the staff of Santa Rosa at one point in time....amazing as they seem to be going through agents pretty quickly now. The job that I am currently at is relocating to Valley Ranch so I thought about moving back in. (Nice apartments on the inside, cheap price) After thinking about it for, oh, 3 seconds, I will not be doing so. While on staff at Santa Rosa, I was scared of the tenants that were allowed to move in as well. I fought the best fight I could for the tenants, as I don't think that the management actually realized that they were there to accomodate others, not their dating lives. My apartment was always repaired when I requested for it to be done. However, I do not know about it now. As for the noise, I never heard my upstairs neighbor at one apt, but at the other the noise never ceased. I now live in a ritzy complex but can hear my neighbor constantly. As for parking, it's actually worse where I live now b/c it's so controlled. As for Santa Rosa, I was excited when I first moved in a few years ago, when cordial, non-alcoholic people lived there. Now I'm creeped out when I visit friends. They should pay for someone to patrol constantly at night, and I don't need a donut-man. Overall, I would never recommend this apartment. I used to, but after seeing it go downhill...NEVER
