Don't live here

Unsafe community to live, 4 break-in theft happened within a month. All sales persons & unknown peoples are entering the community. Having surveillance camera, door armor & chirp locks not helping to stop or minimize the theft.

Not a safe place to stay. Lots of apt break ins happening very often. No improvement or action taken by management. Break ins happens on any time of day and management asking local police to start patrolling at night which is meaningless.

Not Safe! Frequent apartment & car break-ins. Inspite of repeated incidents, management is least bothered about the security concerns of the residents. Do consider this factor if you are planning to rent this apartment.

Safety is major concern in this community. Theft are very common and unfortunately management is not taking any action. Someone monitors your homes and when you are out for an hour break-in happens. Some incidents they took TV, cash any electronic & more

I love it here because the staff is great and the community is beautiful. Maintenance takes care of my requests very promptly and quick. I have no complaints as the people are nice and calm. It is safe and quiet.

The maintenance technicians are very good. Mr Marco always helps us out with our maintenance problems. We are very pleased to stay here. The apartment management could provide a little bit more security around the buildings, like cameras etc.
