Never anywhere to park and the office staff is horrible. I was impressed at first by the curb appeal and gifts, but my first impression went right out the window within one week of living here. I did my best to put up with my mistake as I am not the type to break my lease or laws but I have never considered breaking a lease until living with such conditions.
My main concern is that their is a ongoing rodent problem and leaky pipes in the walls that have caused mold in my kitchen where I feed my son. I called maintenance and they repaired one pipe but the mold was not abated properly and is now back. I have bleached it but there is still a leak somewhere. That is what you get when you live in a place that is over 25 years old and falling apart from other tennants use.
The parking is the worst I have ever seen anywhere, and I have lived in other apartments where there was never a problem. This is not getting any better even with the parking stickers. This is reason enough to not want to come home because I usually end up having to wait for someone to leave or park in visitor section and risk getting towed.
the staff is never in the office to help with any problems despite what you hear, the management is also the worst i have seen.
I want out of this place so bad, and they just raised my rent so much i will have to move anyways. I am moving to a new apartment complex next month that cares about their tennants. Thank you.
