Summer Brook is horrible. I had moved from a two bed room to a one bed room and was charged $200 to move. I would have been so angry if they would have told me before I made the move. There was also a slow leak in the washer lines that cause damage to the wash area. When I explained that I had to call Mr. fixit out to stop the leak. They told me that I wouldn't be responsible for the bill; however 3 months later I received a bill from a collection agency wanting that money. After a very rude conversation with management they told me that the manager told me on three different occasions that I had to pay for the damage (bold face lie) and since it happened under a different manager that was no longer working there, there was nothing they could do. <br>I have rented since I was in college and had never had a bad experience that made me mad enough to write a comment. I hope you don't decide to live there and if you do expect the worse. Oh did I mention that there is absolutely no parking so be prepared to walk.
