Priced this complex when apt hunting in Midland. While they are the newest and nicest in Midland (along with Vantage) they are silly expensive.
This is a case of a mgt company finishing a premium complex at the end of a boom, the likes of which might not be seem for another 10 or 20 years.
This complex is going to have to decide between current rent rates they are charging and 65% occupancy or come down 200 to 400 per unit for a 1 bdrm or 2 bdrm and a full complex. Tough luck for them.
