My In-laws moved into Country Club Estates May 2013. Deposit was $90 and a pet deposit of I believe $100. They are renting the 3 bed 1 bath home. Which require the renter to maintain their own lawn. The smaller homes/duplex's are supposed to be maintained by the staff. My In-laws have two small dogs and pay a small rent fee of $15 per month in addition to the $629 rent. I have seen other renters have larger dogs and it is required for the renter to clean up after their pets. Which is a good policy because there is nothing worse then smelling poop in the Texas heat.
The office staff was very helpful and friendly in making the move go as smooth as possible. Helping in giving all the information on turning on the water, elect and gas. The homes are older homes but are in good condition considering the age. The neighborhood has been really quiet and the next door neighbors are friendly. I see occasionally police patrolling the area which makes me feel safe. Maintenance can be a little slow but again there is a large community to service. I would however like to see more lawn maintenance on the property as some of the areas are overgrown. If you need a quiet and economical place to live you have found it here. We are very happy with the decision to move to this community.
