Town Parc of Paris

1715 North Main Street, Paris, TX 75460

I recently retired after serving in the Army since 2001. I have rented in San Antonio, El Paso, South Carolina, Calcium NY, and have lived temporarily in 6 countries. I can tell you with complete confidence that this is a horrid place to bring your family. I'm not sure how the environment in an Apartment Complex became so combative but it needs to stop. There are warnings for children more

My daughter just moved in these apartments. She had to bomb her own apartment because roaches were everywhere, apartment was not painted or has been painted in years by the looks of it. The smell is awful & now her a/c is broken only after 4 days living there. They won't answer the after hours emergency number after 5 phone calls & messages. A/c unit itself looks like it's clogged w/ more

First of all the apartments rent for 350 per mo. So with that in mind ask yourself. Is this a good apt for the price.... yes it is. If u want to spend 600 a mo. Of course you will find better. Overall for 350 per mo. You can't beat that more

Park Garden North Apartments

320 Stone Ave, Paris, TX 75462

These are subsidized housing, they do have some rules and enforce them as needed. Maintenance keeps the place up pretty well and the staff are friendly and helpful. Laundry room is usually clean and well-kept. Management controls when the units change between heat and air. The only problems I've had at all are some of the people who move in are pretty rowdy. They don't seem to last more

I've been at Ridgeview since October 2001. The rent has only went up once. The staff is very friendly and helpful. If repairs are needed, they are done right then. I haven't had a problem with these apts and it's going on three yrs. I would not move for anything. more

this complex has the potenial to make money. the layout, the unit mix. first thing i would consider is putting a security fence around the complex. move the office from the main driveway, to the front build(leftside) of the driveway entrance. secure the air/cooling systems to the concrete. take one and two bdrms, at a time and gradually upgrade. make sure there,s security. more

Spanish Oaks Apartments

3125 Clarksville St, Paris, TX 75460

Spanish oaks is a slum. The staff is incompetent and lazy. There's trash everywhere. The property and laundry are gross. If you want to live in filth that is the place. The balconies and patios are falling apart around you. They never paint and think cleaning the carpet is prep for re renting. You have to be either dumb or stupid to rent here! more
