I've lived here several years. The staff here is awesome. Any time I've ever had a maintenance issue the manager is quick and polite to respond (e-mailing them is an option, which is great). The maintenance man is at my door quickly. He does a great job explaining what he's doing as well so there's no confusion and headache about things. I feel like not only is the more

Professional staff and kind and quick response. I am satisfied with all circumstances. My family really like it. There is a swimming pool and near the school. Also, the acess to the mall or market and so on pretty easy to approachable. That'why I choose the apartment. more

I just moved in a few weeks ago and have had nothing but a wonderful experience with both the staff and apartments at Parkside. I am pretty forgetful and absent minded and have needed a lot of help from the staff, but they have always been so warm and welcoming in taking care of what I need to get done! It is so hard to find a place that has a warm and caring staff who aren't just there to more

As a resident of apartment living for a total of 16 years, The Villas of Spring Creek is, by far, the upper escalon of apartments, from it's customer service, grounds, maintenance and amenities. I've lived here for over 3 years and have never been more pleased. From the very beginning of my experience, the manager Joanna, made my move-in very smooth. Her kindness and warmth is more

The community is very welcoming. It also has a nice atmosphere and beautiful landscaping. It's quite the ideal place to call a home no matter how long the stay. Chase oaks staff is very heartwarming as soon as you walk threw the door. Anything needed to make your stay better they aim to please. more

I'd leave zero stars if I could. The only pro about this place is the location, but believe me, there are plenty of new complexes being built in the area. There are multiple cons, specifically PARKING, NOISE, AND THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE ENCOUNTERED SINCE I"VE BEEN RENTING APTS. First, the walls and floors/ceilings are VERY thin. You can hear your neighbors conversations, more

I'm handicapped and, when we first came to see the apartments, I made it clear we needed a first floor apartment. So they immediately showed us an upstairs unit. Struggling, I managed to navigate the tight and steep stairs to see an example of what the soon-to-be-available downstairs unit looked like. We moved into the downstairs unit and immediately found that several light switches hissed more

These apartments were awesome, for the first 2-3 years we've lived here. However, recently, they were sold to Harbor Management Group. As of this writing, the professionalism in the office has dropped DRASTICALLY. When you walk in, the office staff refuses to even to show respect enough to stand up and greet you. I have yet to see them smile, as well. From what I can tell, this is a product more

Although the units are small, the overall quality of the apartment is good for apartment living. The staff is very professional and always available to address any concerns, complaints, or maintenance issues. I feel the property is ran really well by management, but you can't pick your neighbors. Some are inconsiderate when it comes to their pets and children as it applies to more

I have been a resident here for several years. I have had nothing but a positive experience here since new management has been here. How many people can say that their maintenance responds right away. I would like to recognize maintenance. They are always very quick to respond no matter when you call them. Garrett and Eduardo are also polite, and well dressed with id badges on. They will wave to more
