Each unit should be clean professionally with professional strength products. Emphasis should be placed on the kitchens and bathrooms, concentrating on the rotting cabinets, broken microwave handles, broken dishwashers, rusty shower nobs, leaky faucets, laundry room doors that fall off, and key locks that jam. In addition, the individual breezeways should be professionally cleaned quarterly. The waste containers should be power-washed weekly to avoid rodents. There should also be warning signs posted in front of each dumpster to advise of the potential dangers of raccoons. The raccoons have adapted to the environment and no longer see humans as a threat. As a matter of fact, There have been times when I have had to retreat due to their presence. It's not a matter of if someone will be attack, but a matter of when. You can expect to find at least 6 to 8 large raccoons at the dumpster once the sun sets. Last but least, I have lived in this community for 2+ years, and have seen the manager 3 times. She is unapproachable and appears to be stand-offish. The grounds on the property are immaculate! The flowers are beautiful and really make coming home a pleasure. However, this community is extremely noisy! The walls are super, super, super thin! I often find myself whispering so that the neighbors cant here me. I can literally here when my downstairs and adjoining neighbors, flushes the toilet, moving in the shower, have sex (groaning not screaming), snoring, talking (not fighting), cooking...etc. Seriously, the only reason I'm still here is because of my credit.
