Resident ā€¢ 2014 - 2015

5/31/2015

I'd leave zero stars if I could. The only pro about this place is the location, but believe me, there are plenty of new complexes being built in the area. There are multiple cons, specifically PARKING, NOISE, AND THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE ENCOUNTERED SINCE I"VE BEEN RENTING APTS. First, the walls and floors/ceilings are VERY thin. You can hear your neighbors conversations, and it sounds like giants are living above you. The parking is absolutely horrible. Don't expect to stay out pass 8PM on a weekday and get a parking space. When they started offering reserved parking for $50 a month, I decided to lease one, thinking that would solve my problem. Of course, they never check the parking permit stickers, whether you have a reserved space or not, so after coming home late/early (on multiple occasions), and finding someone in my spot, I would call the number provided by the leasing office and leave a voicemail, and of course, they NEVER did anything about it, or even return my calls. Which brings me to yet another problem. The customer service in the leasing office has gone from decent to absolutely terrible over the years. They are understaffed EVERYDAY. On the weekends they don't even answer their phones (I overheard one of the leasing agents say this). You can leave voicemails or send emails, and believe me, they will NEVER reply. I had to wait over an hour in the leasing office today before I could sit down with one of the leasing agents. Just in that one hour, here are the problems I overheard from other tenants: 1. "The hallways smell like a kennel" 2. "I've sent multiple emails and left multiple voicemails and nobody ever got back to me" 3. "I've been waiting over 2 weeks for the washer/dryer I'm leasing from you guys" 4. "I'm moving out today and need to do a walk through" (Reply: "We won't do that today.") I"M NOT MAKING THIS UP. These are just the problems I heard about in one hour, excluding the never to be answered voicemails and emails. Unless you plan to live on the top floor with no neighbors around or below you, you do not drive a car and have no use for parking, and you're an animal lover and don't mind the "hallways smelling like a kennel," avoid this place at all costs. Needless to say I can't wait to move out when my lease is up.
