Things have certainly gone downhill since the new management Greystar has taken over. The office staff is unorganized and never seem to be able to get their acts together, the grounds are dirty and the doogie bags are always empty resulting in a large amount of dog poop everywhere. Maintenance requests never get done or done properly since they are always understaffed. They're putting money into ridiculous things like painting doors and trim rust which makes it look like a cheap motel 6 instead of putting that money into improving the things that need replacing in the units or keeping the pool clean. Everything is done half-assed, like putting a band-aide on. I will never recommend this place to anyone and am not planning on renewing my lease and it appears many others feel the same from talking to my neighbors. Greystar is the pits

Our management and maintenance team work very hard each day to provide superior service to our residents. All updates and community events that are being conducted are to improve your home and to make each resident of Somerset at Spring Creek feel appreciated.
We encourage you to please contact the Community Manager and give her the opportunity to address and resolve your issues. If you are not satisfied with the Community Managerâ??s response we encourage you to contact our corporate office and to speak to the Greystar Regional Supervisor who directly oversees the community. This process is normally very effective in addressing legitimate management or maintenance items.
