The good:

1) A good price for 1600 sq feet with covered parking.

2) Location:

a) The town homes in the back have a view of the park. Lots of "wabbits", birds, and squirrels in the park.

b) Plano schools.

c) Close to major employers (J.C. Penney, EDS, etc.)

3) The master bedroom is huge, well designed, and has two large closets.

The bad:

1) The maintenance people could never fix the heater. It went out several times each winter.

2) Foundation problems caused us to have trouble opening the patio door.

3) The air conditioner went out about 20 times we were there. They finally gave up and got us a new compressor. That fixed the problem.

The ugly:

1) The linoleum in the kitchen was very nasty and needed to be replaced.

2) I think there were rats in the walls.

We would still live there except for the heater problems. We got tired of the heater needing to be fixed 5 times every winter.

p.s.: I wish all those morons would stop honking their horns every weekend when they enter the park. I know you are proud of your kids’ soccer game, but I don't go into your neighborhood and honk my horn all morning.
