It's been a year and I have been through 3 managers in that time frame. The current manager seems ok, they are painting the buildings and getting move in apartments fixed up compare to what I was given. The place is infested with roaches, constant plumbing issues, drug using and dealing in parking lots. Are they fixing the issues? It seems so, but it also seems it's corporate being the crooks. My opinion is leasing manager and Maintence is on a tight leash. Why have one Maintence guy to fix up and repair the entire complex? Why paint the out side of the buildings and not repair the tenant homes? Teresa and James are busting their tails, but corporate should give them more material and man power access before it's too late and they lose tenants after their first lease. The place has potential with it's location, but fresh paint on the outside is not enough when you pay rent and deposits.
