A Nice Place to Live (for an apartment)
I have lived here a little over a year. I really like the layout of the apartment. It is very well planned, except that there is not enough cabinet space in the kitchen, and no pantry space at all. Nevertheless, the apartment is very nice. The walls seem to be thick enough to block out neighbor noise, but the ceiling is apparently thinner, forcing me to hear some of what goes on in the apartment above me. Fortunately, I have had no maintenance problems inside my apartment that I couldn't fix myself. I say "fortunately" because I have repeatedly reported an inoperative security light outside my apartment for 2 months now, and nothing has been done about it. On the other hand, the pool is sparkling clean and they keep the lawn mowed. I agree with another reviewer here who commented on the "high school" kids who are the management assistants. One of them is apparently "involved" with a neighbor of mine, and so the neighbor's concerns take priority over mine. Be that as it may, it really is a very nice community.Share This Review
