Century Terrace Apartments

4717 S Jackson St # 100, San Angelo, TX 76903

I just renewed my lease for another year after living at Century Terrace for six months. I've lived in a lot of apartment complex over the last 15 years and Century Terrace is in my top three. I moved into a one bedroom upstairs apartment after my son moved to go to college and is now living on his own. The apartment is huge for a one bedroom. Approx 800 square feet. I've lived in a more

I stayed at Raintree for a year, and it was definitely a good choice. The staff was helpful from day 1. It is clean inside and outside, and you won't find a better place in town for the money. I would recommend Raintree to anybody looking for a quiet place to stay without spending a fortune. more

only move here as a last resort due to credit issues. tenants dont clean up after their pets although still better upkeep outside than other apartments. the issue comes with management. they are always replacing maintenance and the maintenance dont know how to fix things so they have to constantly be brought back. i hear that most first floor apartments have mold growing out of the bathroom so more

My son and I have lived here for the last 7 months and had a very pleasant experience. We only had one issue with our plumbing and it was taken care of immediately. I was locked out of our apartment and the manager was more than willing to go right over and open the door. She has been more than a blessing to us and has helped us tremendously in the last 7 months. This is a quiet place with great more

Angelo Place Apartments

Honestly, when I first moved in I hated Angelo Place. I right away had a problem with the room they put me in and it was very difficult for them to get ahold of the manager, BUT now since they are under different management, I haven't had any significant problems. I have had some minor issues such as my washer breaking or my water heater going out, but they were quick to fix it. Which, even more

Emerald Point Apartments

Absolutely terrible complex. The walls are paper thin and I can hear every move my neighbors make, no matter if they are to the left, right, or downstairs from me. The maintenance workers take a week maybe more to get to any job, it took four days for them to fix my smoke detector, and the guy left trash in my apartment! Also, when my toilet was broken after me being gone for four weeks (how it more

I've lived here for the past 4 years in a 1br/1ba unit on the ground floor. My neighbors were nice and quiet. The property was clean. The old property manager, Candace, was always nice to me, and I always paid rent on time. She always seemed to be up and about, and I would regularly see her visually inspecting the property grounds. Any maintenance issues I had were taken care of quickly more

Most times it rains heavily, the back apartments near the field flood. To my knowledge 10 apartments had multiple inches of standing water in them within hours. The complex is not required by law to tell you.... You have been warned. more

Encino Park Apartments

My wife and I have two small children, and we decided to move away from the dreadful The Resort at Riverside apartments on the north side of town as soon as possible back in 2013. Encino Park has a friendly staff from the women who work in the office to the maintenance. It's also newer than most apartments in San Angelo having been built around 2003 if memory serves correctly. While we do more
