Raintree Apartments

2228 Valleyview Boulevard, San Angelo, TX 76904

This is my second time living at Raintree within 3 years - my first review. Although the staff at Raintree Apartments run a "tight-ship," personally I see that as a huge benefit to all residents. My new unit has been upgraded with new flooring, counter-tops, light fixtures, etc. It's nice to see that the manager has pride of ownership and is constantly trying to improve the more

Creekside Apartments

Place is terrible to live at. Apartments are old and outdated, there's no insulation so it's always really hot or really cold. The bug people come by every two months and half the time you don't even receive a notice the day before they come, so you'll have some random guy in your apartment disturbing you and your privacy. It takes days for them to fix anything in this place. more

What a God forsaken mess this place is. We moved in Around August of last year to this lovely place. Our carpet was put in by monkeys, instead of cutting around the edges it looked like it was chewed off and little strips filling in the empty holes this is for starters. the entire place needs updated,,the vent pipe in the bathroom has to be busted, the smell of raw sewage always more

Angelo Place Apartments

DO NOT RENT HERE! Do not rent at angelo place unless you are looking for a decent living place with a decent cost. but when I say decent I mean, you might have a dirty bathtub and broken drawers etc. While I lived here my smoke alarms constantly went off and it was soooo annoying. The beeps were so loud and the ceilings are tall so it's not like you can simply take the battery out, more

Southland Arms Apartments

I lived here on 2 separate occasions and only moved because I needed a 3rd bedroom. My apartment was a little dated but well maintained. The staff always took care of any problems we had. I had great parking and the outdoor area was well maintained. I was there during a remodeling of the balconies and was hardly inconvenienced at all. I would love to move back if only they had 3 bedroom more

Encino Park Apartments

My wife and I have two small children, and we decided to move away from the dreadful The Resort at Riverside apartments on the north side of town as soon as possible back in 2013. Encino Park has a friendly staff from the women who work in the office to the maintenance. It's also newer than most apartments in San Angelo having been built around 2003 if memory serves correctly. While we do more

Desert Shadows is the only apartment I have had in San Angelo because I have never felt the need to leave. I love it here!!!! The staff is so helpful and sticks to what they say they will do. In the first week I moved in the broiler in my oven went out. I told the office and I had a brand new stove that day! The only downfall is the parking lot BUT for the price I can live with it! Nothing but more

These are great apartments. I am a military wife and had to find a place to live without seeing it first. While living states away, the management helped with everything and made this a very easy move. They have a pet deposit and an extra $15 per month rent. The grounds are very nice and compared to the other apartments around much nicer. They have 2 pools, 2 laundry rooms, basketball more

I am in the military and use to think that this apartment complex was great and military friendly, but one of my classmates died on this property last month and it was just horrendous what this complex did to his wife and family. I spoke to her the other day to see if things were ok and how she and her children were doing, but she informed me that this complex called requesting rent more

I am a Resident at Century Terrace, i am currently in a one bedroom apartment and it is very nice. The one bedrooms are 800 sq ft. Plenty of room for myself and my husband. We also have washer/dryer connections in our apartment which makes it very nice instead of having to go to a laundry mat. It is very quiet here and and kept very clean. They recently made a rule that people cant have items more
