I just renewed my lease for another year after living at Century Terrace for six months. I've lived in a lot of apartment complex over the last 15 years and Century Terrace is in my top three. I moved into a one bedroom upstairs apartment after my son moved to go to college and is now living on his own. The apartment is huge for a one bedroom. Approx 800 square feet. I've lived in a more

I stayed at Raintree for a year, and it was definitely a good choice. The staff was helpful from day 1. It is clean inside and outside, and you won't find a better place in town for the money. I would recommend Raintree to anybody looking for a quiet place to stay without spending a fortune. more

Honestly, when I first moved in I hated Angelo Place. I right away had a problem with the room they put me in and it was very difficult for them to get ahold of the manager, BUT now since they are under different management, I haven't had any significant problems. I have had some minor issues such as my washer breaking or my water heater going out, but they were quick to fix it. Which, even more

Absolutely terrible complex. The walls are paper thin and I can hear every move my neighbors make, no matter if they are to the left, right, or downstairs from me. The maintenance workers take a week maybe more to get to any job, it took four days for them to fix my smoke detector, and the guy left trash in my apartment! Also, when my toilet was broken after me being gone for four weeks (how it more

I've lived here for the past two years and I'm honestly shocked at all the bad reviews! The ladies that work in the lease office are very sweet, always smiling and, from my experiences, very prompt with catering to my needs. Personally, I don't think that people are being very reasonable when it comes to their expectations of an apartment. Grant it the parking is not greatest but more

Most times it rains heavily, the back apartments near the field flood. To my knowledge 10 apartments had multiple inches of standing water in them within hours. The complex is not required by law to tell you.... You have been warned. more

Great apartments. The apartments have been renovated and look great. The apartment managers are very helpful and friendly. Any time I have a maintenance issue they are there within a day if not the same day. The only problem I have is the occasional dog poop left by the neighbor, and I can sometimes hear my upstairs neighbor, but other than that it is a great place to live. more

My wife and I have two small children, and we decided to move away from the dreadful The Resort at Riverside apartments on the north side of town as soon as possible back in 2013. Encino Park has a friendly staff from the women who work in the office to the maintenance. It's also newer than most apartments in San Angelo having been built around 2003 if memory serves correctly. While we do more

I lived here on 2 separate occasions and only moved because I needed a 3rd bedroom. My apartment was a little dated but well maintained. The staff always took care of any problems we had. I had great parking and the outdoor area was well maintained. I was there during a remodeling of the balconies and was hardly inconvenienced at all. I would love to move back if only they had 3 bedroom more

I am in the military and use to think that this apartment complex was great and military friendly, but one of my classmates died on this property last month and it was just horrendous what this complex did to his wife and family. I spoke to her the other day to see if things were ok and how she and her children were doing, but she informed me that this complex called requesting rent more
