Carlyle Place

1751 Babcock Road, San Antonio, TX 78229

I've been at Carlyle for about 2 yrs now. My experience has always been good. I'm really only writing this review to specifically give props to the staff here at the property. Although, my experience with everyone has always been good, I want to specifically raise up the leasing manager. There is only one, so she's not hard to find. She it's always very professional, and with a more

French Place Apartments is our home and there are many reasons why we continue to live here. The location is perfect for our needs...the neighborhood is primarily residential with a nice selection of restaurants and fun shopping destinations accessible by foot, bicycle or bus. We are so close to downtown and, as the apartments sit atop a fairly high point in the Monte Vista area, many of the more

What more could you ask for from an apartment community..... free rent? LOL, aside from than that this place has it all! Views, security, an excellent maintenance and maid staff, amenities, and the management are all top notch! I have zero complaints, and I'm not the easiest person to please. They go above and beyond to make your residency here an experience so pleasant, the thought of more

Signature Ridge Apartments

The apartments are nice and the complex is too. The office staff are cold and indifferent. They never ask you how you are. If something goes wrong, they don't offer solutions or help, they just blame. They are reactive, not proactive. Also, they don't keep each other in the loop. Arnold is the only nice one. more

Most of the things about these apartments are good professional staff, maintenance etc. However for new renters and tenants I will ask you consider your lease renewal or rental agreement with a grain of salt as I find myself in a situation that I had not expected when I last signed the lease. My current rent for 2Bed/2Bath for lease renewal increased by 20% for a 13 month lease and 30% for 6 more

The Compound is a great place to live for many reasons! Perfect location - close to the Pearl Brewery complex (Farmer's Market on Saturdays, numerous non-chain restaurants, bike shop, cute local shops), zoo, museums, Museum Reach of the Riverwalk (trail behind the complex has quick/easy access to the Riverwalk), downtown entertainment/restaurants, Alamo Heights, Central Market, VERY easy more

Beautiful open concept apartments and they definitely have the biggest kitchen for the price range. Everyone is friendly including the other dogs we have come across! We love the dog park but wish there was a playground next to the dog park. more

Lived here for a little over 2 years. I started living here before The Block was built, so it was very quiet for the first year of my stay. However, after The Block was built, the noise pollution got a bit louder when they throw outdoor concert events on occasion. But nothing too outlandish. As for the apartments, they were very cozy compared to the others in the area, and way more affordable too. more
