where do I begin
When I first moved in to silver oaks in 2004 it was quiet and neighbors kept to them selves. Slowly after, neighbors started moving out and the quality of people started going downhill. I think I have like three drug dealers staying in my building. My building seems like a busy drive thru at mcdonalds on a friday night with people trying to get there drugs. Management seems to be letting anyone move in now. Parking is bad if you get here late at night which I do cause of my work schedule. Also people have no respect for your stuff here. Both my vehicles have been dented from car doors hitting them when people leave. Someone stoff our vases from our patio ledge and one person had the nerve to steal all my vavle cover caps for my tires. Matinence is so-so depending on your luck. There are times when they respond to problems right away and other times it can take months for them to get to you. I've needed my restroom linoleum fixed which has been over a month that I have been calling it in and even requesting it in person. No luck to this point. I've asked to speak to the manager ------ about it and she never seems to be there when I call nor does she return phone calls. I went to the office to talk to her only to get a response from the leasing agent telling me she would call me tomorrow because she was going home. I never got that call either. Gates have only worked a few times in the 3 years I have been here. For the most part they are always open especially the exit on mabe rd and the entrance off of ingram and what's annoying about that is people are always driving in throught he exit gate on mabe rd becuse they are to lazy to enter the gate code. I've almost been hit head on numerous times trying to leave because people don't know how to drive in through the right side of the gate. I almost left last year, but felt I should give this one more try. Boy was I wrong. My lease is ending soon and I can't wait to move somewhere better. Please stay away.Share This Review
